Mountain View Sanctuary is a four-bedroom log cabin in Weaverville with space for up to nine guests. Its three-level layout combines a bright central gathering space with separate bedrooms and a lower-level den, giving families and groups room to spend time together and spread out.

Dog-friendly home! Up to two dogs are welcome with a $130 non-refundable pet fee.

Quiet Policy
This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren't permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Payments
If booked more than 14 days before arrival, 50% is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. If booked 14 days or fewer before arrival, full payment is due at booking.

Military Discount
We proudly offer a 5% discount to active duty military members and veterans. Proper documentation is required. Reach out to our Guest Experience Team for details.

Last-Minute Bookings
For reservations made **within 5 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.
This includes:
* A clear photo of a government-issued ID

We absolutely loved our time spent at Mountain View Sanctuary, the home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The views were amazing and the star gazing was on point on a clear night from the back deck or hot tub! We really enjoyed playing ping pong too! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This place was I credible and so warm/welcoming. We were all very comfortable and all utilities and appliances worked great! The view was outstanding and we spent much time in the hot tub. I read the book on the wall written by the son (1120) and it was fascinating. We sang karaoke in the living room and enjoyed the view. Perfect place to enjoy quality time and to relax. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful views, private and very well stocked both in kitchen and all other needs. Location is great, close to Asheville and the Biltmore. Only reason we did not give it 5 stars was the hot tub was green and cloudy and unusable which was disappointing but otherwise it was a great property. Would consider renting again.

Mountain Getaway Paradise

Stayed here over the last 2 nights with a party of 5 and we each agreed this was the best rental property we have been to. The house had an AMAZING view, clean, spacious, and fully furnished with everything you need. The home is only 25 minutes from Biltmore, but far enough from Asheville that we felt more at peace. We felt right at home and agreed we would be returning to this property in the near future.

Wonderful property

This is hands down one of the most well stocked rentals I have ever stayed in. I definitely overpacked on supplies- they have thought of everything! Property is even better in person than the photos. The views are spectacular and it was perfect for our family of 6. As other reviews have noted, the driveway is a little unfriendly but once you do it a couple times it’s fine! We most certainly will stay here again in the future. Yonder was very responsive and we had zero issues. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Wonderful stay with amazing views

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved having our meals on the deck, sitting around the fire pit every night and soaking in the hot tub. The view of the mountains was absolutely incredible! So many gorgeous sunsets. We made many incredible memories here. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the driveway has a lot of rather large potholes that can be challenging to navigate in a car. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Other reviewers concerned us on what to expect of the driveway. It was a beast but we weren’t in snow or rain. We had to gun it a few times but totally doable. The house was so very well equipped (parchment paper included!) and well organized that we decided to come back from town with enough time to use the hot tub, sit by the fire pit, prepare & cook dinner each night for sunset. The views were amazing, the beds were comfortable, the couch was inviting and a great place to gather. We were in luxury! We would recommend this house to everyone. The only household item we ran out of during our stay was paper towels.
