The charming fully-stocked kitchen provides plenty of counter space and all the essentials you need to whip up your favorite recipes. Cookware, flatware, and dishes are all included for your convenience.

Silver Linings boasts a well-appointed and tranquil master bedroom with a king-sized bed. Open the windows and let the crisp mountain air lull you into the most restful slumber of your life. Additionally, there are two queen bedrooms with a shared full bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone. Planning to grill some delicious chicken or steak? Go ahead and treat yourself! This cabin offers a BBQ grill for your culinary adventures. Relax in the rocking chairs, keep an eye out for wildlife, or savor the majestic mountain views from the picnic tables. And when you`re ready to take your relaxation to the next level, you`ll find a private hot tub to soak away your cares and soak in the stunning scenery. From enchanting firefly displays to mesmerizing stargazing, you never know what wonders await you in the mountains.

With its luxurious amenities, Silver Linings may tempt you to stay indoors indefinitely. However, should you choose to venture out, you`ll find all the conveniences of Western North Carolina just minutes away. Please note that there is parking available for up to three vehicles in front of the garage or in the loop driveway. Kindly be advised that the road leading to the property requires repair toward the end. For added safety during the winter months, we recommend the use of AWD or 4WD vehicles.

No smoking inside - If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an immediate charge of no less than $250.00.
All pets must be disclosed. There is an automatic charge of ​$250​ ​if an undeclared pet is found in the rental. Please pick up after your pets.
Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided.
No parties.
Please be aware that stained linens will incur a $10 per towel charge. Makeup rags are available in the bathrooms as an alternative.
Guest will be required to sign the Property Managements Rental Agreement
Early check-in or late check-out is available for $20, subject to availability.
