Breakfast was insanely busy with nowhere to sit. Food trays were constantly empty, and when they did bring items out, there was barely enough for a few people before it was gone again. It was frustrating and poorly managed.
The adult pool hours were not enforced, even though a front desk agent came into the pool area. The hot tub jets also did not work â it felt more like a warm bath than a hot tub.
Housekeeping entered our room during our two-night stay even though we did not request service. They only removed the trash and didnât make the bed or do anything else. There was no reason for anyone to enter the room for such a short stay.
Additionally, the wall outside the bathroom in our room had visible stains running down it, which made the room feel poorly maintained.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and needs much better management and attention to detail.
