A 2bedroom/2bathroom apartment perfectly located at a residential area in Watford. Our beautifully and fully furnished apartment features an open planned and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a spacious living room area which can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is complete with integrated appliances like flat screen TV with cable, a washer dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, central heating etc. There is also free WiFi throughout the property and free parking onsite. The two bedrooms of our apartment are spacious and well maintained. Our apartment features 2 king size beds or 4 singles beds plus a double sofa bed in the living room. This apartment is perfect for families, friends, business travellers or employees working away from home.

Our apartment offers everything you’ll need: walking distance establishments, a fast and simple commute, nearby transportation links, local shops and services, restaurants and places to go in the evening. A-10 minute walk into the town centre which is buzzing with all the main high street shops, bars and restaurants. Only an 8 minute walk to Watford tube station and 20 minute walk to Watford Junction Station which will get you into central London in less than 25 minutes. Very close to all business parks, Cassiobury Park, Watford General Hospital, Watford Football Stadium and the Warner Brothers Harry Potter Studio Tour. With easy access to the M25, M1 and A1 motorways and in close proximity to all London Airports.

House rules:
1. Our house rule is very simple, please take care of the home as if it were your own and take care of the furniture as it is all brand new.
2. No loud noise please. This property does not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
3. Absolutely no smoking inside the house of any kind, otherwise a strict £500 fine will be applied. You are welcome to smoke out front or back.
4. What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of our rules.
5. To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and heating when it’s not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature will thank you too.
6. We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
7. Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used in the kitchen sink and put any dirty towels in the bathtub.
