Located just a short walk from public lake access, “Little Paw Paw” offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere for your vacation. The master bedroom on the main floor features a queen-size bed, while the upstairs loft area boasts two full beds, providing ample sleeping space for guests. A full bathroom on the main floor and a full size washer and dryer ensure convenience during your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the open concept layout of the kitchen, dining, and living room area creates a welcoming space for gatherings and relaxation. Step outside to unwind in the hot tub or enjoy a meal on the outdoor area. Upstairs, you’ll find a full-size bathroom and a balcony off the bedroom.

Entertainment options abound with TVs, games, board games, and even karaoke for a night of fun with friends and family.

Our house offers easy access to all that Southwest Michigan has to offer, including wineries, breweries, casinos, farmers markets, hiking trails, and the beautiful Lake Michigan coastal towns of St. Joseph and South Haven, just a short 25-minute drive away.

Quick note:
Our home has well water that can smell like sulfur to those with a sensitive sense of smell.
Subject to occasional encounters with local wildlife and critters.

Hot Tub:
Before using the hot tub please remove chlorine float and replace when not in use.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
To ensure that all our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules:

1. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our house and within the building`s premises. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building, and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Our home is located in a residential area, and we ask that you respect our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum. Please refrain from hosting parties or events that could disturb other guests or neighbors.
3. DOGS ONLY: Unfortunately, we can only allow dogs in our rental due and charge a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee. You must pick up all dog poop, we will fine you $50 for each dog pile we find.
4. LATE CHECK-OUT ($50 Fee): Our check-out time is 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to this time to ensure that our cleaning staff has sufficient time to prepare the house for the next guest. Late checkout past 11:00 AM will result in a $50 fee.
5. NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS ($50 Per Guest): The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is 8, including children. Excessive guests will result in a $50 fee per guest.
6. RESPECT THE PROPERTY: We kindly ask that you respect our home and its contents. Please refrain from moving or rearranging furniture and report any damage or issues to us immediately.
7. NO GLITTER: Please don’t use glitter for decorations or for any other reason.
