This home will blow your mind! Make yourself at home here in the living room! It has plenty of comfy, leather seating for everyone with the cutest decor. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need for your stay as you prepare and serve up the family's favorite dishes. The Master suite is just off the kitchen. It has a large luxurious King bed. reading chairs and a TV. The large master bathroom has double sinks and a huge step-in shower. The second bedroom has charm galore with its cute twin daybed and twin trundle. It has a private door leading into a full bathroom. Just off the bright and cheery dining room are the doors leading out to your private paradise? The backyard is perfect for the whole family! Spend your days in a luxurious pool and spa, and your evenings by the fire. There is a built-in outdoor fireplace with comfortable outdoor furniture to relax in. The kids will have fun on the playground! A private putting green will allow you to practice your short game.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The bunk room has two sets of twin over queen bunk beds and another TV to enjoy. The 4th bedroom is a charming room with a King bed, two reading chairs, and a TV. The loft family room area is perfect for relaxing with the whole crew on a huge sectional sofa and a big television. You will also find an awesome shuffleboard table in the loft as well that offers hours and hours of fun. The laundry room is located just at the top of the stairs where you can find a large washer and dryer to take care of all of those dirty clothes.

Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! The Ladera community is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities just a short drive away!

Fantastic stay

We had such a great time here. We loved being able to hop in the pool whenever we felt like, stay out late in the comfy patio chairs and chat by the fireplace. The kids loved the play set and the mini golf set. Great rooms and kitchen. Such a memorable trip, we want to come again next year!

4th time staying here

This is our favorite St. George property! Literally has everything. We love that you can adjust the temp of the hot tub and so the kids can swim at night in the spring and fall temps. The waterslide is a favorite and overall we love this place and will continue staying here.

Perfect Vacation home!

My adult daughters and I absolutely loved our stay at the Zion pool home! It was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything that we needed! We also loved spending time in the pool and hot tub and had fun going down the pool slide. We ate almost all our meals outside under the pergola and loved the fireplace in the evening! We are definitely coming back!!

We loved our stay at this home. It is beautiful.The house is set up wonderfully as a rental property. We especially loved the backyard. It was the perfect place to relax. The pool was amazing. Great weekend getaway

This was a last minute find and it didn’t disappoint! We love how clean the place is. Large gathering areas for family games, dinner, and just hanging out. Every room has its own bathroom and TV. The backyard was a great hit for our grandkids! The playground and putting green was awesome! The hot tub was perfect even with 45 degree weather! We are looking forward to coming back!

Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!

WOW! What a perfect vacation rental! We have stayed in rentals all over the world and hands down this house was our favorite!!! After a long winter up north it was so nice to spend a few days in the sun. The well HEATED pool and hot tub are to die for! Outdoor space is incredible! Great Setup!

With a bathroom and television for each room, there isn’t a bad room in the house. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Kids loved the pool, parents loved the outdoor seating and hot tub. The only negative was it looked like they were having trouble with the pool controls as the hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on. We didn’t bother to call management, we had a great time regardless. Huge plus for easy checkout chores/instructions!

Ups & downs

My family and I recently stayed at the Zionhouse in St. George for the second time.The cleanliness of the home was impressive, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the start. The spacious layout promised a fun-filled stay, with a play area and putting green being key attractions for our kids. However, our excitement was dampened when we discovered that the play area and putting green were flooded due to a water issue. Multiple calls were needed to get the problem addressed, eating into a significant portion of our vacation time. While the property management eventually fixed the problems, the lack of compensation for the inconvenience was disappointing. In short, the Zionhouse offered a clean and promising environment for a family vacation, but issues with amenities and a lack of proper compensation left us with a mixed impression.

Beautiful Property!

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The home was immaculate and beautifully furnished. It was stocked with plenty of paper towels, TP, and laundry soap for our stay. Beds were SO comfy! I loved how every bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool and pergola area was AMAZING. The home is 5 minutes away from food, shopping, etc. There were a few negatives that I feel need to be mentioned. First, we never got the door code and I didn't realize it wasn't in any of the emails until we got there. Called the property manager and got it quickly though. Also, there weren't any instructions on how to work the pool, hot tub, etc. The only info given was the pool cover code. We had to call property manager again to find out where the controls were. The hot tub only got "hot" once during our stay and we didn't know what we were doing wrong. We should have called property manager but kept forgetting to. This wasn't a big deal to us because I was on a cooking strike (ha!) but there's no food at all except for a few spices. Not even salt. If you need to cook, bring everything! Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc though. The number one biggest con that almost ruined our trip is a temporary one but must be said. The back of the house is right across the street from a MASSIVE condo construction zone. They started work every weekday at 5:45 AM. If you like your sleep and peace during the day, don't stay here until the construction is over. It was awful to be honest. That being said, I would 100% stay here again in the future when all the construction is done. That is why I still gave it 5 stars!
