Summary:
This newly combined mega-suite sleeps 10-30 guests. It is a combination of a 5-bedroom town home and a 4-bedroom townhome that sits right next. Town Center at Coral Canyon Resort home sits directly across from the pool. Your group will enjoy 2 private hot tubs, 2 custom fire pits, and 2 private garages. Enjoy the oversized hot tub and large pool.

The Space:
West of Zion is the perfect retreat for a large group stay. Boasting one of the best locations at Town Center Resort, just a 9 iron away from the Coral Canyon Golf course. This perfect pairing of 2 side-by-side townhomes (2387 and 2391) will provide the right amenities, bedrooms, and bathrooms so that everyone in your group is exceptionally comfortable. Large living rooms and rooftop balconies with hot tubs and fire pits will give your group the perfect setting to come together and enjoy each other's company. Below is the room layout so you can imagine your perfect stay:

Bait and Switch

Upon reading the property description in the listing, we thought we were renting two townhomes that had been combined (since that was the term used on the listing site). We were expecting some kind of adjoining door which could be closed if the homes were rented separately, but that was not the case. This is 2 completely separate homes which could only be accessed by going outside and through the front doors. (Frustrating!) We would not have rented here if we’d known that. Before our stay, I received a message from the property managers giving us the address with a door code. Nowhere did it mention the other unit or its door code. We entered the home to discover a much smaller unit, not the 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms we’d been expecting. Because there was no mention of another unit, this caused a lot of unnecessary confusion. We did go to the unit next door, but the door code didn’t work on it. Eventually, we were able to get that straightened out and the second door code reset. The final straw came when I contacted them letting them know that the key fob to the pickleball courts and splash pads wasn’t working. (I’d purchased a pickleball set just for this vacation). They said there was a “misunderstanding” and we only had access to the pool. They list the courts and splash pads as amenities, so “misrepresentation” was a more fitting term. These homes were clean and lovely, but I have only given 3 stars based on the deceptive practices of the management company.

Great for large groups!

Great property for large groups who need separate spaces. Love the large garage. Plenty of parking at the property near the units. The hot tubs are a super fun bonus! Management was very quick to respond to questions and concerns. Great stay.

Wonderful place to stay

We had 8 teammates and their families stay here for a soccer tournament. Plenty of room for the group. Property management was great at communication. Unit was clean and fully stocked with necessities. 2 units so everything is doubled. (2 hot tubs, 2 fireplaces, 2 kitchens, etc) The kitchen had toasters, mixers, blenders, one had a crockpot. We brought an airfryer with us. There was a high chair that sits on a chair available in one unit, we didn't need it. In the garage was a fooseball table, pingpong table and 2 sets of cornhole boards. Also had some pickleball equipment. The description for the bedrooms isn't entirely correct. The description changed after we booked. But it worked great for us. Some of the rooms I don't remember if they were king or queen. But these are the bedroom/bath situation. There were also a couple half baths. Unit 1 - king w/bath, queen or King w/bath, 2 queen w/bath across the hall, 3 triple bunks (9 twin) w/bath across the hall, i believe the loft area had a sofa bed in it. Unit 2 - king w/bath, queen w/bath, queen or King w/bath, queen (no bath), loft area w/2 queen bottom/twin top bunks. There is a bath in the loft area to share between the bunks and queen room. We would rent these units again. In fact the team is already asking if we could rent these 2, and the one next to it also, next time we come.

Washington Utah in July

Property was very nice. Handles a large group well. Refrigerator could have been larger for a property with 7 bedrooms for 27 people. Parking was tight with little parking for trucks and trailers. Overal we will do it again.
