**This unit is very quaint, measuring in at approximately 500 square feet. This gem is ideal for groups looking for a quite, cozy place to rest after a day out exploring the city.

Entering the unit you arrive in the living space which leads to the kitchen. Here you will find the washer and dryer in its own closet and a full kitchen stocked with basic cooking supplies. Coffee, tea, sweeteners, and spices are also provided to guests. Our full bath is also located off this living space.

Continuing to the rear of the unit, guests will find two bed rooms, each with a Smart Tv with basic streaming apps for individuals to log into their Netflix, hulu, Disney+, etc.

Bedroom one has a Full bed as well as a door for egress to the back yard.

Bedroom two has a Full bunk bed.

Shower Toiletries (Shampoo & Body Wash) NOT provided.

Guests are permitted to use ONE parking space in the rear labeled `B`. If you will be staying at the property during the weekend, you may utilize street parking directly in front of the property. Please review and obey all street signs to avoid tickets from parking enforcement.
