This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was well crafted in 2020. Come back from touring the city to your tastefully designed kitchen, which showcases large quartz waterfall countertops, modern light fixtures, and more.
This newly renovated luxurious condo is in the heart of the city`s H Street Corridor.
This two level flat offers a floor of living space separate from sleeping quarters. The space comfortably furnished with - 1 queen bed in the master, 1 full bunk in the second bedroom, and 1 pullout queen couch in the living room. Each bedroom also has its own smart TV - Ample street parking is available for those traveling with a car. The apartment features - High speed WiFi - heating and air conditioning - Hardwood floors - Beautiful natural sunlight. The kitchen is fully equipped with filtered water machine, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. This condo has a full washer and dryer for your laundry needs. -Shower Toiletries (Shampoo & Body Wash) NOT provided.
Guests are not permitted to park directly on Wylie Street, as it requires DC resident parking permits, you will be ticketed. The parking garage in the rear is separately deeded for Unit 2, so our Unit 1 guests are not permitted to use the space.
As a curtesy, we provided one garage parking space 3 blocks from the property. If you have more then one car please inform us to assist with additional (free) options. Paid street parking is available off premises at Union Station with the free street car running from that location to the home.

Metrorail & Metrobus
Washington, DC has one of the safest, cleanest and most efficient transportation systems in the world. Metrorail and Metrobus are the most convenient ways to get around DC, with Metrobus providing connections for locations not serviced by Metrorail.

Additionally, Capital Bikeshare has over 350 stations across DC, Virginia and Maryland. Its fleet includes more than 3,000 bicycles, and the system is easy: simply join (options range from a Day Key to a year-long membership) and access bicycles 24 hours a day.
Home is best for 6 guests however we have added a pull out sofa for those looking to travel with lower cost (sleeping 8).
Any excessive noise disturbance caused by any guest on the property (including excessive noise caused outside of DC Quiet Hours of 10pm-7am) will cause a termination of your stay under Airbnbs `Community nuisances policy` which is as follows:
`Our Community Standards prohibit members of the Airbnb Community from creating a nuisance that disturbs the surrounding neighborhood. Agitating behavior and actions including excessive smoking around neighbors or smoking in areas where smoking is prohibited, littering, making excessive noise, or obstructing a neighborâs access to their homes arenât allowed. Parties or gatherings that threaten the safety of or disturb the surrounding community are not allowed, regardless of size.`
In addition to termination of stay, airbnb states: `Guests who are reported for throwing a disruptive party or violating our rules on gatherings are subject to suspension or removal from Airbnbâs platform.
