This beautiful 3 bedrooms / 2 bath has beautiful views of both the Coral Canyon golf course and Zion mountain range. It can comfortably accommodate 8 guests but can sleep up to 12 with the assistance of 2 sleeping pads and 2blow up mattresses. Take advantage of being within walking distance to the Coral Ridge pool and clubhouse, and spend your day lounging by the pool. Enjoy a day of fishing in the Coral Ridge Pong that fills fishes weekly. In the evening, warm your heart and hands by the 2 cozy indoor fireplaces and witness some of the most beautiful desert sunsets around. We absolutely loved staying at this property! It was very well stocked and organized. It was conveniently located near the pool, so we could easily walk each day. The view was perfect for sunsets and wonderful for enjoying a cup of coffee early in the morning when temperatures were cooler. Easy location to different restaurants, parks, and convenience stores. Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy this vacation retreat. Thank you!

St George/Zion

This unit was clean, and with great space. We enjoyed the back patio and view of the golf course and mountains. The unit is also a 2 minute walk from the pool, which was clean and well maintained. I would 100% recommend this unit with out exception. It was 10-12 minutes from anything in ST George and a 40-45 minute easy drive to Zion. Communication with owner was great as well. Very pleased with this stay.

Great Condo

The condo was great-- much bigger than I expected. Very clean, everything was well labeled, and it was nice that there were some spices, etc so I didn't have to purchase those for cooking. It was a good location as we were able to access Quail Creek, Sand Hollow and spent a day at Zion. Fishing pond was close by and entertained our 14-year-old. We were near the pool-- but it was always packed with people so we didn't venture there. The view out the back was beautiful- I just wish our weather would have been a little more cooperative. The only real issue was that the one bedroom didn't have a blackout shade-- and the sun was pretty bright in the morning. Would definitely recommend!

Incredible stay!

We had an incredible stay at Pointe of View 1889! The place was gorgeous and immaculate, with a beautiful view! It was super comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly need, including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and a spacious garage. The kids loved the community pool that's right across the street. Check in and out was extremely easy, and communication with the team was quick and reliable. We would have loved to stay even longer, and we hope to be back!

Coral Ridge

We enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient for those wanting to use the clubhouse/pool area. The patio had plenty of chairs & a table for outdoor dinning. The view from the patio was fantastic and is the real selling point. We would have liked at least one umbrella on the patio to give use shade from the afternoon sun. The beds & furniture were very comfortable. The main bedroom & one front bedroom had minimal privacy at night since the shades were see through. The one front bedroom window shade let street light into the room making it very difficult to sleep. The kitchen was very well stocked. the refrigerator was large but the icemaker did not work. The garage was large and very clean. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener for the car instead of having to get out & go through the house to open the garage door from inside. This is a very nice property I would recommend , hoping the owner/property manager addresses these simple fixes.

Everything was as listed on site. Very nice. Well stocked, perfect location for our itinerary. Comfy beds. Only downfall was the air conditioner didnt work the whole time. Used swamp cooler. Maintenance was fast to respond to request. I would definitely stay again.

Golf and hiking trip

House location was great, in front of Coral Canyon golf course, with view and access to hole #4 green. Nice and clean and all equiped. Close to St-George with all needed services. Close to Zion Park. Red Sands was available. quick to respond and flexible. We loved our stay!

Wonderful stay in June

My friend/colleague and I stayed here to attend a conference. This property has an amazing view of the golf course/sunset from the patio area. It’s very clean and comfortable and the pool area is also very nice too!

This was the perfect place for our visit to St. George! Plenty of space. The beds were SO COMFY! Everything was exceptionally clean. The check in and out was so easy. The house was right across from the pool. We would absolutely rent here again!

The pictures don't lie

If you're looking for a property that lives exactly as it pictures then this is the one for you. This home looks a feels exactly like the pictures. The home is very comfortable from the beds to the back patio and the amenities nearby. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, towels, cookware, and some basic supplies. The location was great! It was easy to find and gave the impression of being in a very quiet secluded area although you could make a single right turn off the property, drive 4 miles, and reach every store or need you might have from Costco to Starbucks. The biggest miss was that there was very limited cable TV(not ever ESPN) and non of the TVs were smart. We also had a property manager show up on the back patio unannounced to put the trash out for the following morning. He literally showed up on the back patio where my wife was alone reading a book. I think there needs to be better coordination when manangment shows up or some kind of text or call to remind about the trash bins. The area and location were lovely and my family was comfortable and safe here. Our spring vacation was a success!

Great Place for a quick getaway!

The property was very well stocked with all kitchen essentials and overall needed items. I loved that the property had extra blankets and pillows. The only thing that wasn't provided or that we couldn't find was a garage code. Other than that the mattresses and couches were comfortable and the place was clean!
