Come enjoy our unique one-bedroom apartment in historic Kalorama, Adams Morgan. This 1906-built gem exudes vintage charm. With a queen bed and sleeper sofa, itâs a perfect place to rest during your time in DC.
Embrace the local culinary scene with Mintwood Place, Tail Up Goat, and Lapis just steps away. Enjoy modern amenities like a smart TV and high-speed internet. Starbucks is a short stroll for your morning coffee. Experience DC authentically in our charming, central home.

We may be able to provide our parking spot to you during your stay for a daily fee. It depends on the availability! There are also a few parking decks in walking distance.
This unit requires stairs. We also have a two bedroom unit in the building, reach out to us if you are interested in hearing more. There is also the option to rent both units at the same time.
