“Bliss: to reach a state of perfect happiness, typically so as to be oblivious of everything else. Great Joy.” That's what you will find when you stay in this beautiful new home at Paseos in Sienna Hills. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from I-15 in Washington, it is only a short drive to restaurants, shops, and other amenities while having the benefit of feeling secluded and peaceful. You may even recognize the home from the 2022 St. George Parade of Homes! This expertly designed home features a ping pong/air-hockey/game table combo, a large private hot tub, fully-stocked kitchen, and OLED and other LG Smart TVs throughout. Perfect for a family getaway with fun activities for the kids.

This incredible 5 bedroom/5 bathroom home can comfortably sleep 18 people and up to 20 with the use of the deluxe sleeper sofa. On the main floor you will find the master bedroom, with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Located at the front of the house is bedroom 2 which has a queen sleeper sofa, the first of 2 designated working spaces, and a Jack n' Jill style bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms, the first being a double queen with the second working space, and a private bathroom. Bedroom 4 is the bunk room, which has 2 Twin over Full over Queen bunks, sleeps up to 10 people, and also shares a bathroom with the loft. The final bedroom upstairs is a second master and has a queen bed with a private bathroom.
Guests will be able to park in the 2-car garage which makes unloading and loading the car much more convenient. There is an abundance of space for groups to gather for fun, relaxation, and privacy throughout the entire home. Hang with friends, or sneak a quiet moment alone, in the unique reading nook nestled above the stairway. For more fun, compete against each other on the Nintendo Switch, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, or board games all located in the loft. Whip up a feast for a crowd, or an intimate dinner for a small group in the backyard on the BBQ grill or in the fully equipped kitchen—lots of seating for everyone. Soak in the private, over-sized hot tub in the backyard as you watch the sun set and gaze at the stars.

Memories to be made!

Loved this amazing place! Plenty of room for our family. All the cupboards stocked with every dish you need including plastic plates for the kiddos. It was so fun to have our ow hot tub ! The pool with the water slide, lazy river and splash pad was such a hit!! We made so many memories in this perfect place!!!

Perfect Get Away!

Easy access to freeway and getting around Saint George and Washington.

Quaint house with plenty of bathrooms and rooms to go around. Love the size of the master shower. My family enjoyed Christmas Dinner with 18 people.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Reunion

We stayed to meet up with family in the area. Was quite possibly one of the best equipped VRBO's we have ever stayed in. Everything was very organized, clean, and had everything we needed to do a Thanksgiving dinner at the home. The location is also perfect. We were close to St. George but also on the right end of the city to get to Brianhead and Zion National. We will definitely be looking to stay again in the future.

Felt like home!

A great house in a nice neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the pool! House is well organized; everything is labeled which made it very easy to maintain during our stay. Beds are very comfortable! We played lots of ping pong and enjoyed the upstairs loft for movies after spending the day exploring.

Great property

We stayed here for 4 days with our two kids. Everything was very clean and well organized. Communication was excellent. No problems checking in or out. Amenities were great too! Would stay here again for sure. Can't even think of anything to suggest for improvement.

Perfect for families

This was the perfect property for our family. The home was very clean and beautiful. Everything was labeled so we knew where things were and where they went. There were plenty of toys and games to keep our family entertained. It was stocked with all the essentials including 2 ply toilet paper - what more could you ask for!

Great stay

We had 5 adults and 8 kids, plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. We all loved the air hockey table. All furniture was really clean and very comfortable. Each bedroom had a bathroom, which made getting ready in the morning fast and easy for all 13 of us. There was 1 maintenance issue that was resolved quickly. Property management was prompt in replying to our texts. Overall great stay!

Great Property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures are very accurate, and it was just what we were hoping for. The backyard has great options for seating to enjoy time outside. The hot tub was great, and we enjoyed relaxing there at the end of our day, with great views of the sunset and then the stars as the sun went down. The home is newer, & everything seems to work well. The master bed was comfortable, but could use a deeper fitted sheet as the mattress topper made the fitted sheet come loose easily. We loved being able to park in the garage! Would definitely stay here again!

The house had a well laid out living situation that felt spacious. We made several meals in house and were pleased with the selection of kitchen appliances and tools that were available. I personally appreciated the labels in each drawer for both finding items and putting them back after use. The hot tub was a highlight too for our children and the water slide and lazy river were heated making swimming an option even on the colder days while we were in St George. I would consider staying here again. Lastly, the description mentioned bicycles that could be used. They were not at the residence during our stay. We did have access to pickleball paddles which we used. The table tennis and videos games kept the children busy too.
