Desert Adventure at Paseos Resort
Looking for space, comfort, and a touch of luxury? This is the perfect home for you! With beautiful scenic views of the Red Desert Mountains found right from the back porch, you can sip coffee in the morning, while enjoying the Desert Landscape, or soak in the private hot tub at night and experience the serene stary-night sky. It is only a short drive to restaurants, shops, Zion National Park, and other amenities while having the benefit of feeling secluded and peaceful. Traveling from this community is also a breeze as I-15 is five minutes away. Nearby, is two of Utah's great undiscovered treasures, Snow Canyon State Park. Located just 20 minutes from St. George, this park offers a full range of geological wonders, from lava tubes to red cliffs and petrified dunes. There are plenty of lands to explore, and such beautiful things to see during your very own Desert Adventure!

This 5 bedroom / 5 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 15 guests and has TVs in every bedroom, so there is no fighting over what to watch. If you would rather shut off the Television, you can partake in one of the several amenities Desert Adventure has to offer. Soak in the private hot tub in the back yard, compete against each other in a game of Ping Pong, Foosball or at the brand new Basketball Arcade, located in the 3rd car garage. Guests will be able to park in the 2-car garage which makes unloading and loading the car much more convenient. In the kitchen and living room, you will find a natural light-filled space, with views of the Red Mountains from one of the many windows. A private grill in the backyard makes cooking for a large group a breeze. Downstairs you will find the Master Bedroom that has a Sleep Number mattress, a private bathroom, and a walk-in shower. Near the front entryway, there is another bedroom equipped with a Jack n' Jill bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms Sealy Posturepedic Plus Mattresses, 3 full bathrooms, and a spacious loft just for the kids who want to stay up late battling it out on the Nintendo Switch. There is a laundry room downstairs, as well as upstairs. The peace of mind and convenience of everything in this home will make a lot more time for rest and relaxation! It comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and will leave you wanting to come back and stay, year after year.

Could maybe use at least on roll of papertowels.. And didn't find the small soaps and shampoo until the day that we left. Mmaybe put the Small amount of soap and shampoo on the counters in the bathrooms.

Wonderful stay near St. George!

The home was a perfect place to stay. It was super clean and had lots of extra linens and towels. The back yard and hot tub have great view of the trails and mountains. Property managers were responsive and helpful when needed.

We had an amazing time staying at this property with our family! It was the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and relaxation. The home was clean, well-stocked, had everything we needed, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Our kids especially loved the pool—it was clean, safe, and a huge hit every single day. Great Property

My buddies and I stayed here for a St. George golf trip. We all had plenty of room to space out or come together to watch tv or jump in the hot tub. House was new and clean, beds were comfortable, and management was friendly and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Quality family time in a great space!

We love the St. George area! This was our first time staying in Washington, and we will definitely be back. We really loved the Sienna Hills development, especially the swimming pool. We had nine adults and two kids under two with us. This home has a great layout for space and privacy. We enjoyed the private hot tub late at night, that was definitely a plus! We really enjoyed our sunny getaway!

So much room! Great pool.

Family vacation to attend my granddaughter’s graduation! The house was big enough for everyone to have plenty of room to move around or just lounge. Everyone loved the pool, lazy river, slide, hot tubs and play area. Loved that there was room for kids to watch a movie upstairs, watch a game downstairs, all while playing a game either at the dining table or outside at the table.

Fantastic

So wonderful. Was perfect for our wedding party for my sons wedding/reception. My only regret was we could not stay a dayor two longer and enjoy the area. Hopefully next time we can take time to linger longer.

Had so much fun

Our stay was great! The Hottub on the property was so relaxing. The Lazy river pool was the best. We floated for hours. Met so many nice people at the Lazyriver pool. Ecerything we needed to cook was at the house. We had many nice meals together. sometimes out o. the patio and sometimes in the dining room. Rent this house you will not regret it.

We were so amazed on how perfect our stay was. We slept comfortable 4-families to celebrate Thanksgiving holiday. The house was clean and it felt like home. The kitchen was such a joy to cook in, I had practically everything I needed. We enjoyed the game room and the TVs were easy to use. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. With our stay we could do the Washington Rec Center and the kids loved everything provided there. I highly recommend- best vacation.

Perfect for a family gathering!

This home was perfect for our family gathering! We had 6 adults and 6 kids, and it worked out perfect for each couple to have their own room with a king sized bed and attached bathroom, and both the girls and the boys got their own bedroom and bathroom. The house was clean, the garage games were fun, and there were tvs and board games available. The property manager was amazing with communication. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Amazing Rental

Thank you so much for this wonderful rental. The house was phenomenal and my family had a wonderful time. There was an abundance of space and we felt right at home here. The pool area was an added bonus. We made many memories there and we loved the location of the rental. We were able to visit 3 national parks during our stay. When I had questions, I was able to reach someone immediately with the phone number left to call. Thanks again for helping to make our trip to Utah a success!
