If you’re in need of some quiet time or perhaps trying to steal away a quick afternoon nap, a second living room on the second floor also hosts a sofa and smart TV.



The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the cookware and dining ware needed for any meal. The generous island hosts 4 high-top barstool seats perfect for a quick breakfast or afternoon appetizers.



When you’re ready to crank up the fun, the ping pong table in the garage or the pinball machine on the 2nd floor are sure to get your competitive juices flowing!



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and 2 full size sofa sleepers.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes 1 king size bed and 1 twin size bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #4 includes 1 full and 1 twin size bed in bunk format as well as 1 freestanding twin bed. The room also has a smart TV.



The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms – one with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, and the other with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Pool and hot tub are heated all year-round!

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Parking is available at the home for up to 2 vehicles – 1 garage, 1 driveway. Additional parking in a nearby lot.

- Pinball machine has been removed and replaced with a shuffleboard table.
