Great getaway!

The rental was perfect for our short stay. There is plenty of space for everyone, a fully stocked kitchen, a full garage, and close to the swimming pool. The listing says free state park pass, which we could not find, so we purchased our own when we went to Zions. Easy access to the freeway and restaurants nearby. We will definitely return in the future!

Nice house and location

The house has a good layout and was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet in spite of homes being very close together. Covered patio would be useful although we didn’t have a chance to sit outside during the day and nights were too cool to do so. The full-size washer/dryer was great. One issue - kitchen had only 2 dish towels and no dishwashing cloths. Master bedroom sheets could use replacement/upgrade. All things considered, this is a lovely home.

Best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in!

This is a great property and I literally can’t think of any complaints. Spacious, great beds, very clean, kitchen has all the stuff you need and is well organized. Location is great and handy for going places in the area. Would absolutely come back here in the future.

Fantastic Home

Very welcoming home, loved having the little extras provided like, dish soap, laundry soap, paper towel, tin foil, seasonings, oils,etc. Everything we needed to stay for about a week was there! The pool was warm even though the air was cold. The hot tub was HOT!! Beds were comfy, master bed was huge! One item needed was a scrapper for the grill. Other than that, it was a terrific home to stay, thank you for letting us!

Very clean, very comfortable bed, location is quiet and convenient to the highway. The only real downside was that the homeowners were watching us through the ring camera so it felt like we were being surveilled. We were being very respectful but also watched.

Well appointed home in great location with wonderful amenities. Perfect for a family stay.

We loved our stay at this well appointed home. The house was perfect for our family of six. It’s a great layout with the walk through laundry room centrally located. Great location with a beautiful walking/biking path just a block or so away. Also, there’s a park a block away with swings, kids play-place, basketball area and a large grass area. The community pool & hot tub are just down the street (about eight houses away) so the kids could easily run back and forth. The pool is heated so the kids were swimming in 50° weather. The pool towels provided are nice and even have a hook on them to hang them up! The garage is spacious and so nice to have the remote door opener in our car while we were there. The neighborhood is new and nice and feels very safe. Owner is very responsive. This house is about five minutes from the big, beautiful Sullivan Virgin River Soccer Park. There’s also a fishing pond and ducks at the soccer park, as well as playground equipment.

Great place!
