The basement unit is a legal separate unit which means that it is fireproofed and soundproofed from the unit above for safety and comfort. There`s no connecting stairs and it is completely self-sufficient. This area is very safe and patrolled by the Capitol Police. The entire unit is brand new as of Spring 2018.
