Hilltop Hideaway is a two-story home with a finished basement, giving your group plenty of space to spread out across multiple living areas. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for home cooking. The basement is a large, versatile space featuring a built-in queen bed, a futon, and a full bathroom, ideal as a private suite for additional guests or a flexible hangout space for the group. The home features central heating and air conditioning throughout, with additional portable heaters available for guests who want extra warmth. Keyless entry is provided for both the front and back of the house.
Parking & Green Space
Hilltop Hideaway sits right behind Fort Dupont Park — one of DC`s most expansive green spaces — and between two national parks, Fort Dupont Park and Fort Chaplin Park. The neighborhood is also home to the only public indoor ice rink in Washington DC. Free street parking is available for multiple vehicles directly in front of the property, plus one dedicated street parking spot reserved at the back of the house, a genuine advantage for groups arriving by car.

Good to Know
Hilltop Hideaway is a fully private rental; your group has exclusive access to the entire home and parking. Pets are welcome with an additional $100 fee. Please note that the property has exterior security cameras covering all entrances. We are available 24/7 by call or text and happy to make recommendations to make your trip worthwhile. A fully refundable security hold will be authorized within 5 days of arrival and released within 48 hours of checkout inspection.

3. No parties - fine $400 and automatic cancelation of your reservation
4. Only clothing in the washer/dryer
5. No hanging signing/balloons on the walls/ceiling
6. Unapproved Late Check-Out Policy: 1) after 10:30am $50, 2) after 11am $100, 3) after 11:30am $150, and 4) after 12pm the cost of the first night of the next reservation & cleaning fee
