No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Since this is a non-smoking unit, if our cleaners smell smoke odor after check-out, we'll need to conduct deep cleaning. Smoking inside of the unit will result in a fine of $1000.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless previously arranged with the host.

No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are prohibited. Unauthorized events will result in a $1000 per night fine.

Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet hours between 11 PM and 7 AM to respect neighbors.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 3.

Please keep in mind that this is a basement suite and guest may occupy the upstairs portion of the home during your stay.

Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.
