Welcome to your luxurious, fully renovated 3-story home about a 15-minute drive from Washington, D.C.! Enjoy the safe, quiet suburbs outside the city.

Tourists love our 1-mile proximity to the East Falls Church Metro Station. Just a 5-minute drive and park for $4.95/day (or 1-mile Uber/bus ride) to explore DC on foot! Straight to DC's museums and monuments without street traffic on the Orange Line.

This stunning 4-bedroom retreat in the heart of Falls Church is designed for comfort, entertainment, and style, making it the ideal choice for families, friends, and business travelers alike. With spacious interiors, top-notch amenities, and a prime location, this home offers an unbeatable stay experience.

Property Highlights:
4 Spacious Bedrooms are all on 2nd Floor (there are no beds on the 1st floor). The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, offering hotel-quality comfort and ample space for everyone to have space and peace of mind. With 5 beds throughout the 2nd floor in 4 suites, the home comfortably accommodates groups and large families.

Please note that we have a strict no-party policy, and quiet hours are from 11PM to 6AM. We want visitors to have a great experience, and must protect the property's condition. During severe weather, the electrical fuse box might trip (due to overloaded heat or AC). For emergency access to that space for resetting it, locate the fus box behind the door near the kitchen refrigerator.

The basement and backyard (along with the owner's storage shed) are off-limits this season. We are trying to do some landscaping and tree removal to make it level and safe. Please do not try to access these locked, private areas. They have separate entrances. Guests normally do not need to interact with anyone unless there is an emergency. We do our best to preserve everyone's peace and privacy.

You may use the large deck and 3rd-floor loft as you wish. But before booking, please read and confirm that you agree to our House Rules.

Entertainment-Ready Game Room:
The dedicated game room on the top floor is fully stocked for endless fun. It includes a poker table and a pool table, providing the perfect setting for friendly competition, bonding, and evening entertainment. In 2025, we added a large screen TV upstairs and lounge furniture. Please return all game items to their original locations before leaving.

Modern Bathrooms:
The home features 2 full, modern bathrooms with a spacious shower. There's a powder room half bath on the 1st floor, ensuring privacy and convenience for every guest.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen is set up for everything from quick breakfasts to elaborate dinners. It comes with high-end appliances, generous counter space, and all the cookware, utensils, and dining essentials needed for home-cooked meals.

Private Outdoor Space:
Step outside to your private backyard oasis, featuring a spacious deck ideal for lounging, dining, or simply enjoying the fresh air and scenic surroundings. The deck and backyard create a peaceful environment perfect for relaxation or evening gatherings.

Ample Parking: The large driveway provides ample parking for multiple vehicles, adding convenience and ease, especially for larger groups. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles on the large driveway. If usage of the garage and door remote is needed during the rental, there is a $100 fee. Please send us a message to inquire.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out:
If we can accommodate around the cleaning team's schedule, we offer a $50 fee to check-in OR check-out. We can update the door lock code in advance to allow access for up to 3 hours within the time window if you need that grace period.

Our family found this home to be a wonderful place to rest and reflect after a day of sightseeing. The accommodations were comfortable, good showers and there was plenty of space for our large family to spread out and relax, play games or cook a meal in. In a nice neighborhood with easy access to landmark sites, stores ,and the metro. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other families visiting the area.

Beautifully Renovated

Enjoyed staying in this beautiful, family friendly home. The location was great- so central to everything! The rooms were clean and all very spacious. The bonus game room was enjoyable for the kids! Best of all, the host was extremely responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Family vacation

The host was so accommodating of our flight schedules and checked in with us regularly! The house was so clean and well organized for our family. On this trip we used only ride share and the distance was not an issue. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. This house was perfect!

Fantastic location, great food spots nearby and we made great use of the east falls metro station to get to the D.C. Mall, thus avoiding all issues with traffic and parking. I’ll be using the same place to stay the next time I take the fam (I have 4 kids). The place was very clean, and the host was very quick to respond to my every inquiry! I’d whole heartedly recommend this place for anyone who wanted a house to stay in to explore D.C.. the surrounding area and neighborhoods also seemed very safe and nice.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE

Very nice layout and plenty od room for a large family. We came from 3 different states for my Navy daughters College graduation. Good location to dind anything tou need. We used the train to get into DC. Best way to get around Thanks so much for the use of the house. Our only disappointment was not being able to sit on the deck.

Our family came together from multiple locations for a long weekend. From the beginning of the search until checking out, our entire family gave the experience 10/10. Jacky was kind and communicated within a few minutes when we had questions. All 3 families had plenty of space to gather in the evening and then separate for bedtime. Beds were very comfortable. We utilized the new appliances for breakfast and evening snack time. Off street parking was perfect for three vehicles. Quick access to the metro rail made our daily trips to Washington efficient. Easily would choose to stay in this lovely home again.
