The Space:
This 1,863 sq. ft. new home is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring:
- Main Floor: An open-concept living space with a plush seating area, a fireplace, and a large TV. The industrial-style dining table seats 8, with additional bar seating for 3. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample space for meal preparation. A half bath, laundry area, and the primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bath complete this floor.
- Upstairs: A second lounge area with bean bag chairs, a sofa sleeper, and a TV. The second primary suite includes a king bed, TV, and a private en-suite bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is a bunk room featuring one twin-over-twin and one queen-over-queen bunk bed—ideal for kids and groups. A full hallway bathroom serves this space.
- Outdoor Area: A private patio with a gas grill, dining space, and seating to enjoy warm Utah evenings.

Parking is permitted only on the driveway or in designated community stalls. Street parking is not allowed at Coral Ridge Resort and vehicles parked on the street will be towed. This unit does not have trailer parking inside the community—guests with trailers must park outside of the community on the street. Trailer parking is only allowed if the trailer fits entirely on the driveway without any overhang.
