We loved the location and property. It’s decorated beautifully and is very comfortable. The house was fully furnished. There are no blinds on the downstairs windows which was unusual and at night (inside cannot see out) but outside are able to see in the house and our group.

Utah vacation

Location was convenient to Vegas and national parks. Many local state parks were nearby as well. Property meet needs for 4 adults and 3 teens. Pool not very big but good for cooling off after a hike. Rooftop patio great for sunset viewing.

Awesome property!

This property was perfect for our family. We loved being close to local attractions and having our own private pool was the highlight of our stay. Our littlest family members loved every minute in the pool! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay at this location again and recommend it to others.

Great property if you are looking for a family friendly spot. We stayed with 4 families ranging in age from 70-5 and 2 pups. It was warm upstairs without ceiling fans in the bedrooms while trying to maintain the requested temperatures on the AC. Rooftop deck was great for star gazing and hanging out and the pool was fun to cool off in. Ceiling fans do need to be cleaned. Overall, a great property and we’ll likely stay again.

Great property. Management responded promptly to some cleanup that needed to take place at the beginning of our stay. Great location for all the things we wanted to do. We enjoyed the pool and a hot tub. Appreciated. The quick and service oriented response of the management. We would stay there again!!!

Great Property in a Perfect Location!

Our family of 15 traveled from different states to meet in St. George, Utah, for a week-long family vacation. This property was perfect for our needs. It had great amenities including a pool and hot tub. We couldn't have asked for a better location with easy drives to Zion National Park and Page, AZ. We did a little bit of sight seeing around the town of St. George as well! If we come back to this area, we would definately request to stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to rent this property!

Nice pool and kitchen, but strange location

This townhouse is very bright and spacious. Bathrooms were well lit and clean. The large island was great to spread out our souvenirs and still have prep space for sandwiches. Rooftop was fun, but hot during the day and pitch black at night. The pool has warmers, is only about 5 ft deep in the deepest end, and has a large play shallow platform where our kids liked snorkeling for pool toys. Patio umbrellas didn’t work because one was broken and one was too lightweight to stay upright in a slight wind. The management was very responsive when we saw a bug man spraying the backyard one morning and asked about it
understandable maintenance, but we weren’t prewarned and were inundated afterwards with dead bugs in the pool and live ones in the kitchen. Also, the bedding caused an issue in multiple rooms where it was obvious it wasn’t properly cleaned. One bed had duvets and pillows with obvious blood stains (from a previous renter with a bloody nose maybe?) and I’m not sure it was ever washed
one had no mattress pad and a linen blend duvet with stains
and one had so much dog hair inside the sheets and all over the bedspread that it either wasn’t washed or wasn’t noticed after improper laundering. We moved some bedding around from the beds we weren’t using (two bunk rooms!). Management might have switched it if we had notified them, but we made it work. Bathrooms seemed pretty clean. The house is also next door to some sort of busy wellness retreat, but they were quiet.

Family Reunion

We enjoyed a fun time in Washington, Utah with 19 of us ranging from 6 to 75! The private pool was huge hit, especially with the triple digit temps in July in Southern Utah. We loved the large kitchen area. We were able to conduct a Hand and Foot (card game) tournament!

Coral Canyon Entourage - July 2022

We had a large family trip planned and spent quite a bit of time finding a prefect property for our group. We had a long list of "must haves" and this one fit our wants/needs. Upon arrival we encountered a significant problem. I reached out to Red Rock Vacation Rentals and Timmarie was amazing! We got things sorted out and the property was amazing! It's much more spacious than the pictures really show and everyone had a great time. Roof top outdoor space was incredible after the sun went down.
