The resort's community pool and hot tub are heated year-round for you to enjoy while staying here! This pool is so nice, relaxing, and rewarding after a long day of adventuring throughout Southern Utah. The pool is within walking distance of the home, and pool towels are provided with the unit!

Located just minutes away from tons of shopping and restaurants in Washington it's also just a short drive to majestic Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park, the Dunes, or your choice of renowned golf courses - plus all the fun the greater St George area has to offer. Primary Suite - King bed, Sleeper Sofa, and private en suite, Sleeps 3

Guest Room - King bed, Sleeps 2

Bunk Room - 2 Twin Bunk beds, Sleep 4

A Pack 'n Play Travel Crib is available, as well as a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room.

Parking: The home has a garage and additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community within walking distance. If bringing an ATV trailer, they can be parked in an open parking space, but must be un-hitched from the support vehicle. There are extra-long parking spaces located on one side of the community for Trailers and RVs.

Smoking: This is a strict NON-SMOKING property. (This includes Vaping). We ask guests to not smoke in the home or on the property. A fee, not to be less than $250, will be charged for violation of this rule.

Pets are not allowed at this property.
