We invite you to spend a good night at our 4-bedroom, 2-bath rowhouse, just a mile
drive from the magnificent white dome, US Capitol! Nestled in the heart of DC,
commuters will appreciate the proximity to Union station and bus routes. You can also
take a 15-min walk to the Union Market District, which boasts an amazing selection of
food from deserts like Laduree Paris, to coffee nesters like Unido and award-winning
dining restaurants. Not to forget, you can indulge in some of the city's best shopping
experiences there. Safeway and CVS are short walks from the home.

Our beautiful home at NE DC is a mix of contemporary and comfort and is equipped
with all necessary amenities for you to enjoy the stay. Our open kitchen layout across
the foosball table is cherry on the top. Our home also extends to a sizeable roof deck
with barbecue amenities.

Very nice place with all the amenities

Our group of 8 loved this home, the location and our stay. It was very decorative with perfect amenities like a fun foosball table. It was in a perfect spot to take a quick Uber to nearby Echostage for a concert.

Great stay!

The house was a great location. An easy walk to H st restaurants and buslines but very neighborhoody. The house itself had great space for a group. The open kitchen, dining room, and livingroom allowed everyone to hangout together easily.

We had a lovely time at this house, it was very easy to find and very clean! Everything was easy to find in the house and the host was quick to answer us when we had a few questions. All in all a lovely stay just outside of Downtown DC

Modern house in great location!

The property is well maintained with no bugs, critters, etc. That goes a long way in the city. The location is near everything you would need and walking distance to tourism areas. The hosts were very accommodating with our check-in. Great rental!

Great property, great communication

The townhome was very nice and clean as well. The location was great too, walkable to some restaurants and very close to the heart of DC without feeling like you were trapped in the middle of the city. Any questions I had regarding checkin or the property in general were answered thoroughly and in a tiny manner. I would certainly recommend this property and it’s owner/s.

The house was very nice in a great neighborhood. The only down part was there was no free parking. There was 2 hour parking in front of the house but you had to find a garage for overnight parking. The host was very nice and communicative. Very easy check in and check out process. Would recommend.

Great Location, Beautiful Home

We're planning on these short DCs trips becoming a regular occurrence and will definitely be staying here again. The house was easy to get to and convenient to the H street trolley. Super clean with everything you need. The bedroom downstairs with two beds and a full bath was perfect for my older boys. The updtairs bedrooms were great for the adults. The hosts were underatanding and flexible with esrly check in and late check out times available. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend.

Great Location/Home

Our family came up to do some sight seeing in DC. The house was in a perfect location. There was plenty of room for all of us. The towels were so nice. We had plenty and they were big and thick. Not something you typically get in a rental. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were of great quality. Communication with the host was amazing from the start. There was a mix up in our dates and they graciously switched our days with no hassle. They checked on us via a message at check in, during the stay and upon checking out. They also answered all our questions about the city prior to our arrival. We would absolutely stay here again.

Needs a little love

House in a nice area, a little far from main sights in Washington. Clean but needs freshning up. Soccer table was broken, needed to fix shower head, old furniture and walls need some new paint. Apart from check-in process, communication with host was non-existent.

Charm house but NOT CHARM AT ALL!

The place was dirty, strong chemical smell, I paid almost double the price because there were 12 of us, the place didn’t have extra blankets or pillows. I don’t recommend this place and will not stay here again.

a new wonderful experience

we all enjoyed the beauty of the house, everything thing was charming, clean and relaxing. This was our first experience in such a lodging and we all were happy and comfortable and were excited to return to it at night. We wished that we had access to a coffee pot (we were all coffee drinkers) and also had more chairs, the children had to sit on the floor to eat. That was a small inconvenience however compared to the fun to be there. Thanks again to share the house with us and may be another time if we return to DC. Albertine Cadin

Host was Great, House needs TLC

Host was responsive and helpful, but the property did have a few issues. There was significant water damage on one of the walls, and one of the televisions did not work. One of my guests used the provided air mattress, but it seemed to have a leak because it deflated after a couple hours.There are two bathrooms, both small. The kitchen was a nice size though, and the balcony in the back was a nice feature. The best things about this property were its location (6 min Uber from DC Union Station), and the friendly and super responsive host. Other than that, it did leave a bit to be desired.
