Charm and Comfort in Capitol Hill

Welcome to a beautiful and bright studio apartment in our Hill house !
It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but the vibrant Eastern Market area with variety of restaurants, shops and parks is only several blocks away. Enjoy the blooms of the cherry and magnolia trees of Lincoln Park. Walk throughout the architectural wonder of the houses, and you will quickly get to Capitol Hill, Library of Congress and the National Mall. This place is perfect for touring most of the sights in Washington, DC.
The space
This is a large studio which consists of two rooms: a kitchen and a bedroom. The kitchen has large French windows and is facing a quite, green backyard. It is equipped with a fridge, dining table, cabinets with kitchen supplies, and a day bed. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, dresser and some other furniture. The bathroom has a bathtub. In the other room there is a tween bedroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

I would definitely recommend this loft. It was homey and as pictured. The location is just a couple of miles from the major attractions. Great for seeing DC for the first time. The host was very responsive as well.

This property is in a relatively nice neighborhood, but with zero parking available on that road. It’s not a one bedroom, it’s clearly a studio. The biggest issue my family had with this place was the absence of a functioning tv. The betrayal was they put photos of a flat-screened tv in the apartment. However, when I contacted them asking for help getting it to work, they quickly replied, “the television is not hooked up at all. When I began asking why there’s a photo of a tv in the apartment, they replied, “well, we didn’t list it on the amenities list.” Excuse me? What a classic bait & switch
.In the year 2026, who has to search the amenities list for a tv? 90% of US households have a tv, and I bet the 10% that don’t are not rental properties! Had they been upfront about the tv situation, we could’ve brought a dvd player or another type of media
People don’t go on vacation to watch tv, but after a long day of walking the city & everyone is taking turns getting showers, YES - it’s pretty nice being able to kick your feet up & relax a bit with a functioning tv. The owner went on to say “many people do not have any tv’s in there house.” I said, “ok, but this is a rental property!?! I believe VRBO has made them remove the photo of the tv to prevent another bait & switch scenario. The lady I talked to on the phone seemed very nice. They simply need to invest more into the property if they want to have an appealing, well-reviewed rental unit. I’d begin with a tv

Perfect DC Stay — Hidden Gem!

If you're looking for a cozy, quiet spot in the middle of the DC madness — this is it. The studio at 233 Warren St NE was exactly what we needed. Down the road from RFK Stadium, easy to get around, and in a calm neighborhood that felt safe and chill the whole time.But the real MVP? The host. Absolutely amazing communication — super friendly, responsive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. It’s rare to find that level of care these days, and they nailed it.Whether you’re visiting the Capital for business, sightseeing, or just vibing with the city — don’t sleep on this place. We’ll 100% be back.

Like staying in a friends home

Convienient to all typical spots to visit. Felt like staing in a friends house, comfortable and clean. He host was easy to reach and talk to. Only thing that didnt work was tv, and we didnt need it anyway. The house is historic and has alot of character. Expect creaky floorboards, it was well worth the stay.
