Capitol Hill Eastern Market

AprĂšs deux ans de construction, nous sommes de retour et meilleurs que jamais! Nous offrons une belle chambre impeccable, avec un lit queen et un appartement de luxe de salle de bains. Nous avons Ă©galement des planchers chauffants dans la salle de bain, des planchers de bois rĂ©novĂ©s trĂšs prĂ©cieux, un systĂšme de climatisation centralisĂ©, une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse, un comptoir en granite dans la douche Ă  l’italienne avec plancher chauffant.

Chaque chambre est disponible à la location séparément. Vous pouvez réserver une chambre ou les deux en fonction de vos besoins. Le prix varie selon que vous louez une ou les deux chambres. Les deux chambres sont séparées par la salle de bain et la cuisine.

** Le permis de stationnement ne peut ĂȘtre dĂ©livrĂ© que 3 jours Ă  l'avance.
** Le détergent à lessive n'est pas inclus.

Je réside au dernier étage de la maison de ville mais je loue le rez-de-chaussée. S'il vous plaßt lors de l'envoi d'une demande de réservation, spécifiez le nombre de personnes qui seront dans votre groupe.

PARKING dans le quartier est gratuit, nous vous fournirons un permis de stationnement pour le quartier pour votre commodité.

Il se trouve Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons d’un cafĂ© et de 28 restaurants, ainsi que de la ligne de mĂ©tro bleue et orange du marchĂ© oriental. 5 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la Cour suprĂȘme, capitale des États-Unis, bibliothĂšque du CongrĂšs. Il est Ă  quelques pas de toute la zone DC!

The stay was very pleasant and very comfortable. There was a substantial cleaning fee for accommodations that included only a bedroom and bath (no kitchen). And to then make the occupant responsible for stripping the bed seemed unfair.

Location was PERFECT for a few days of hill visits. Short walk to Capitol Hill and the nearby neighborhood has so many restaura options. Very convenient!

Great location

The property was pristine and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully done. In addition, the location was perfect. We were able to walk to various restaurants, the Eastern Market, the Capitol and other buildings of interest to us. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this unit!

Amazing location!

This was my first time visiting DC and this was the perfect location we could have found. The owner was communicative and helpful with suggestions for how to spend some of our downtime (eastern market breakfast, farmers market, restaurants close to the VRBO). We will be back!

Nice place!

Convenient to coffee, food, and Metro to get around DC. Close enough to walk to Mall attractions.Could have used a coffee machine or hot water machine for personal drinks. Front door needs a better seal. Though small, I recommend staying here.

Great location!

This property was perfect for my needs (attending a conference in town). The only issue I had was with VRBO—not the host. Do not use the directions to the property the VRBO offers (directions function in app), but the actual address in a different map app (like Google maps).

I loved everything about my stay! My daughter recently moved into the Capitol Hill area, and this could not have been more perfect a place to stay for me. The apartment is so comfortable, the bed is great, the bathroom, especially the shower, are pristine and in excellent condition. and there is even a washer/dryer, which i really needed. The location is tremendous--right by Eastern Market and lots of great shops and restaurants (including my all-time favorite fashion consignment shop, Clothes Experience!). Enise is very responsive and I felt well taken care of. Two things to note: there is no TV and no coffee maker/fridge.There are great coffee shops nearby, and when i wanted a little TV I just watched it on my laptop. So 100% excellent stay and I can't wait to return!

Capitol Walk

Very clean and peaceful location in a lovely neighborhood. Easy walk to the Capitol. Walking around the corner and one block to coffee, breakfast and several local restaurants and businesses. Felt very comfortable and safe there the whole time. Plan to go back.

A disapointment

This place is pretty and clean with pictures of the owner on the wall. Bed was comfy, and shower was nice and attractive. Loved the location close to the Eastern Market.We were too cold there throughout our stay, even though the temperature outside was 70 degrees. We called the owner, who said she was out of town; and she gave suggestions that did not work

Great location. Responsive owner.

This property is located just north of Eastern Market in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood. You cannot find a better location as a tourist or someone who has work in the area. The unit is nicely furnished with comfortable bed and great bathroom. Updated and very clean and fresh. Just keep in mind their is no kitchen or kitchenette.

Room was clean. However, a mini fridge would be nice for someone who needs to have scripts refrigerated. Also take a laptop to watch tv, there isn’t one. 4 blocks to the metro or the busline is on A street. Lots of restaurants. Parking on street was great, requested a parking pass thru dc parking . Only concern is you are locked in the room. If there were a fire or other emergency you have to unlock the door to get out which is a fire hazard. Otherwise it was great.

Nice, quiet location

Enjoyed our stay at this very quiet house. The bathroom was updated, fresh and clean. There was a nice wardrobe to hang up clothes but no luggage rack to set our suitcase upon, not the end of the world but it would be nicer than leaving it on the floor. Only a couple of blocks away from the Metro and bus stations. There are a lot of restaurants and a central market close by. It was a nice, cool place to come back to after a day of exploring D.C. in the heat.

This is an adorable basement apartment in an amazing neighborhood. Very clean & quiet. Photos show a couch/loveseat that is no longer there. No fridge or microwave so make sure you plan for your own food storage. Also be aware there is no TV.

Eastern market getaway

Very quiet safe neighborhood close to the metro and restaurants, convenient for touring Washington DC The room was not quite as advertised, as there was a small couch pictured when I rented it , and it had been replaced with two very uncomfortable wrought iron chairs, so no where to sit and relax. Also found the bathroom a little moldy.
