The location was perfect, close to the Metro, Traders Joe's, Safeway, and many restaurants just before you reach the entrance to the Metro. The house it self was very comfortable for the three of us, the washer & dryer an extra bonus. Everything you need is in the kitchen. Desiree was great, needed help with the heater and she talked us through the process in starting it up. We would stay there again.

Great stay, communication with the manager was fluent. The place was cleanned, well equipted, good kitchen utensils (wooden , ceramic and stainless steal), well located. They brought us a blender that we requested hopefully they provide for the future a glass blender. The only thing they could improve will be the bench they have outside the front yard, is weak, and it wil would be nice to sit outside to drink the coffee in the morning and maybe to change some of the pans that are already scratch. Bathrrom i wish was wider, but overall the place is really nice and we look forrward to stay there again in the future. Heads up for the Moka pot for the coffee.

Our stay was great and in a good location. We walked to some good restaurants. Host was attentive for any questions. Nearby local Trader Joe’s and Safeway. Bed was comfortable and appreciative of the soaps and shampoo in the bathroom since our luggage came late from our flight. Recommend for a comfortable stay.

Wonderful/caring host, prime location!

We (family of 4) thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay. The location was ideal, being only a couple blocks away from Trader Joe's and the nearest Metro station. Plenty of restaurants along Barracks Row also just a couple blocks away if we preferred to dine out. There was also a playground perfect for young children. The Capitol building was also within walking distance for your elementary school-aged children. Couldn't have asked for a better location, especially since the nights were quiet even though everything was so close and accessible.As for the apartment itself, it was well stocked and allowed us to cook. The in-unit washer/dryer allowed us to do laundry midway through our trip. Beds were soft and comfortable. The apartment was reasonably spacious and clean. The heaters worked well and kept us plenty warm when it was chilly at night. There was a Keurig machine with K-pods that we used daily. Pretty much the apartment came as advertised without any surprises.Finally, Desiree was a wonderful host. She checked in with us on the second day of our stay to see if there was anything she could do to make our stay more enjoyable. She was responsive to our questions and just overall a delight as I could tell she genuinely wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. She always felt available without feeling intrusive.Overall, I was thrilled with the decision to stay here and would book again if it's available. Highly recommend!!

Convenient, cozy, and clean!

This lovely little space is ideally situated for anyone wanting to explore the D.C. area. It was a comfy and relaxing place to retreat to from long days out and about. Host was extremely communicative and helpful, making everything about my stay a breeze!
