An Oasis View is a combo of 2 townhomes in Freedom Village. The Oasis and The View sleep up to 20 in beds. Each unit has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. They are not connected by a passthrough door but are located next door to each other. Both homes have an open concept main floor with well stocked kitchen for preparing meals and room for the whole family. It's a great place to spend time together! Off the main living areas are 2 open patios with seating, perfect for relaxing in the evenings or whenever you want some fresh air!

An Oasis View is not only a haven of relaxation but also a kid-friendly retreat, making it perfect for family reunions and events. The living areas are designed to provide ample space for you to unwind and enjoy quality time together. Each bedroom and gathering space is equipped with large Smart TVs, ensuring that you won't miss any of your favorite shows during your stay. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers for your convenience, and the laundry room features a full-sized washer and dryer. This home has been designed with your comfort in mind, providing everything you and your guests need for a truly enjoyable stay.

This property is located in the Freedom Village Community and includes access to the pool, spa, pickleball, weight room (gym) and more. We are conveniently located in the St. George area, with many restaurants, golf courses, spas, museums, theaters, and shopping centers nearby. Just minutes away from hundreds of picturesque hikes, we are in the perfect location for an active vacation or for unwinding and relaxation.

From St George, as a base camp, you can visit the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Lake Powell, Valley of Fire National Monument and so much more within as little as 40 minutes to 3 hours in any direction (perfect day trips).

Want to explore more local - we have adventure to starting with Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, Sand Hollow Recreation Area (Lake, Dunes) the Red Cliff Reserve with miles of hiking, old mining towns and sandstone arches, Quail Lake and so much more. Freedom Village is also close to some of our areas world famous mountain biking trails for beginners up to the extreme (Think Red Bull Rampage)

Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor) - Triple bunk bed. Queen bed on bottom, Twin bed in the middle and Full bed on top. With fold out Twin bed (sleeps 1-6)

Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor) - King bed (sleeps 1-2)

Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor) - Queen bed (sleeps 1-2) with En Suite

Upstairs living room has Queen size sleep sofa.

The View:

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): King bed (sleeps 1-2) with En Suite

Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): Full over Queen size bunk bed (sleeps 1-4)

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): King bed (sleeps 1-2) with En Suite

Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): King bed and fold out ottoman Twin bed (sleeps 1-3)

There is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the upstairs family room (sleeps 1-2)

PARKING: Both houses each have a private garage. There is also additional guest parking next to the house. Bringing a trailer? There are a few oversized parking spots on the North end of the neighborhood. These are on a first come, first serve basis. You can also leave your boat at the Sand Hollow Marina lot (call Sand Hollow Lake for exact options) There is an outlet for an EV charger, bring your own cord.

PETS: This property does NOT allow pets - owners may or may not have had pets on the property or previous guests' service animals. If you have allergies, it is your responsibility to notify us.

SMOKING: This is a strict NON-SMOKING property. (This includes vaping). We ask guests to not smoke in the home or on the property. A fee, not to be less than $250, will be charged for violation of this rule.
