Graduation trip
I will start by saying the house was nice. The items we found with issues eventually got resolved, but it took several days. When we arrived, we opened the garage door to bring our stuff inside. There was some sort of black sludge all over the floor. We went out back and the two lounge chairs were broken, and the remote to the outside TV could not be found. I texted them to let them know. They asked me to take pictures of the chairs and send them to them which I did. They said the remote should be behind the TV. It wasnât. They said they would have someone come power wash the garage, that did not happen until two days later. We were going to barbecue that night and there was no propane. I texted to let them know that and they didnât respond until the next day. They refilled the propane the same day they did the power wash. On the second to last day we were there. We were watching TV in the living room and all of a sudden the screen just went out. I texted to let them know. They said they would take a look at it. I told them it would likely need to be replaced at which point they said they would have to get approval from the owner to do that. At about 3 oâclock in the afternoon the next day someone showed up to replace the TV. Ultimately the house was well situated, loved the community pool, loved the swim spas! The beds were comfortable the carpet throughout the house really needs to be replaced. And there were several stains on the couch in the living room.
