From the apartment there is a magnificent view of the city, including the PGE National Stadium and the Palace of Culture and Science.

The neighboring area is also well-developed, with many shopping and catering points on the nearby streets. The closest green area, Poliński Park, is 10 minute walk away from the shopping center. The location can be a great starting point to explore the rest of Warsaw thanks to convenient access to other districts. The roundabout Wiatraczna – an important communication node - is 220 m from the apartment. By using public transport the city center and the Old Town can be reached directly without changing lines in 25 minutes.
