Relaxation will be enhanced by a TV with cable access, offering a wide selection of channels. This area also houses a functional desk with chair, ideal for those who need a place to work remotely or study. From the living room, there is direct access to a charming balcony, which creates the perfect space for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The separate bedroom area offers a comfortable double bed, next to which a bedside table with lamp is situated, creating a cosy corner for evening reading. The kitchenette has been fully equipped to meet the expectations of even the most demanding cooking enthusiasts. It features modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, induction hob and steam absorber. There is also a fridge with freezer, a capsule coffee machine and an electric kettle.
