The studio is located on the ground floor of the tenement building and can accommodate 2 people. To ensure maximum safety, the building is monitored and has security, while the windows overlooking the inner courtyard provide silence and separation from the street noise. The 29 m² surface of the apartment is divided into a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The apartment is characterized by high ceilings that give the space a light and open quality. Also, every design element is thoughtfully selected to create an elegant atmosphere without crowding the interior.
