Just 800 m from the estate there is a shopping centre "Centrum ĆopuszaĆska 22" with over 100 shops, restaurants, service points and a supermarket. At the same time, the flat is located 3 km from the beautiful SzczÄĆliwicki Park full of outdoor attractions (lake, swimming pool, ski slope and mountain railway). The estate is also well connected to the centre and other districts of the capital. The Warsaw RakĂłw train station can be reached in an 8-minute walk (600 m). The road to the centre of Warsaw takes less than 20 minutes by car, and it is only a 6 km drive to Chopin Airport. The surrounding area of the building is also friendly for bicycle enthusiasts: in Ochota there are 11 km of bicycle paths and 14 Veturilo bicycle stations.
