The Space:

This unique flat is located on the ground floor of an atmospheric restored building. It has an area of 50 m² and will happily accommodate 4 people. It consists of a living room, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It will be an ideal choice for a trip to Warsaw with family or friends, and the experience will certainly be unforgettable. The fantastic, colourful décor will put our guests in a good mood and make them feel like they are in a fairy tale. Fully furnished, stylish furniture and accessories will make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a TV and atmospheric, colourful accessories. It is a perfect place to relax and spend time together. The kitchenette, decorated in shades of turquoise, is fully equipped with utensils necessary for preparing meals. Our guests can enjoy them at a comfortable table with chairs. The coffee machine will be an undoubted asset during your stay, as well as the dishwasher present in the flat. The first bedroom has a double bed, an armchair, a chest of drawers and a desk with a chair. With the desk, our guests will be able to take care of business duties during their stay. The second bedroom also has a double bed, as well as a dressing room with washer/dryer. The modern bathroom, with a walk-in shower, is equipped with toiletries and towels for our guests. The flat's multimedia facilities include a SmartTV and WIFI internet access. The flat is also happy to accommodate pets, for an additional fee.

The Neighborhood:

The flat is located in a modern building on Dynasy Street. It is located in Warsaw's Śródmieście district, very well connected with the city centre and other parts of the city. The nearest bus stop is only 350 metres from the flat. There are also many tram stops and the metro (550 m). Numerous restaurants and service points in the vicinity will satisfy the daily needs of our guests. They will be able to have a delicious meal, as the choice of restaurants is very wide. The closest ones are Grano Duro (200 m), Va Bene (450 m) and Yatta Ramen (450 m). In the vicinity of the flat there are also cosy cafés where you can have a nice time with a cup of your favourite coffee. The nearest of these is, 250 metres away, the Stor café. Despite its proximity to the city centre, the area also offers green spaces, parks and boulevards on the Vistula River. You can stroll through the alleys of the beautiful Kazimierzowski Park or visit the botanical garden on the roof of the University of Warsaw Library. An excellent attraction for the youngest will be the Copernicus Science Centre, located 800 metres from the flat. This is an interactive museum with many interesting exhibits illustrating, among other things, the laws of physics. Children will be able to touch each exhibit and gain new knowledge through play. The nearby Elektrownia Powiśle shopping centre will provide the necessary shopping and groceries. The vicinity of the flat is an excellent place for those wishing to visit Warsaw's most famous attractions and for those coming to the capital for business purposes.
