This charming 50 m2 house delights with its cozy interior, where elegance meets homely warmth, creating an atmosphere ideal for living and relaxation. In the heart of the house there is a cozy living room with two comfortable armchairs, ideal for relaxing with a book or a movie, and guests have access to a modern TV with Smart TV function, Internet access and a wide range of programs. Right next to it is the dining room, whose sunny, yellow walls give the interior a joyful and family character - a place where morning coffee tastes best, and shared meals become a daily ritual. The functional kitchen has been equipped with the necessary household appliances, such as an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, capsule coffee maker, electric kettle and blender. On the first floor there is a comfortable bedroom, in which there are two single beds and one double bed, all of which ensure a good night's sleep and full relaxation, and a stylish chest of drawers with plenty of storage space allows you to keep everything tidy. The modern bathroom finished in an elegant, contrasting style offers a spacious shower cubicle and a washing machine, making everyday duties easier and more comfortable. The whole is complemented by a charming garden - a green space created for a moment of respite from everyday life, with a place to relax, have morning coffee in the fresh air or evening relaxation surrounded by nature.
