✹ Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Drawer chest and closet. 1st floor.
✹ Bedroom 3: Queen bed with direct access to bathroom through private door, but bathroom is also accessible from the upstairs hallway (so I don’t know if it’s technically ensuite?). Old school sewing table that can be used as a desk. Drawer chest, closet. Upstairs.
✹ Bedroom 4: Queen bed. Drawer chest.
✹ Bedroom 5: 2 twin beds. TV and small drawer chest. Upstairs.

One bathroom on each floor, clean and stocked with all the essentials (and a few extras), the bathrooms make freshening up easy after a day outdoors.
✔ Both bathrooms have showers. The one upstairs has a combo shower and tub.
✔ Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, cotton rounds, and makeup wipes provided

★★ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ★★

✹ There are a lot of first roads in the area. Although they’re generally fine, 4WD/AWD is recommended in winter.
✹ Expect to see local wildlife and the occasional bug—this is Vermont, after all.
✹ PETS: The place is pet friendly! There is a pet fee of $25 per pet per night (max 4 pets). Cleaning after pets stay typically takes much longer. If the pet fee isn`t collected automatically when you book, please reach out and we can process that separately.
