This light-filled studio offers a stylish open-plan layout with a comfortable queen bed, modern kitchenette, and a sleek private bathroom. Thoughtfully designed for both short and longer stays, it’s the ideal space to relax after a day exploring everything Wanaka has to offer.



Start your mornings with coffee in the sun, and end your evenings unwinding in comfort after lake swims, mountain hikes, or a day on the ski fields. Whether you’re here for adventure or pure relaxation, this studio offers the perfect balance of cosy comfort and modern convenience.



*This property has a basic kitchenette containing a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and air fryer. There is also a barbecue provided on the patio.*



Guest Access:

This property has a private entrance with a lock box for access.



The Neighborhood:

Located just minutes from Lake Wanaka, the town centre, cafes, and local walking tracks, you’ll have everything right on your doorstep while still enjoying the privacy of your own quiet retreat.



Getting Around:

This property is situated in a residential area around 5-10 minutes drive into the town centre. A car is recommended for enjoying Wanaka but taxis are available.



Other Things to Note:

For stays of two weeks or longer, we’re happy to provide a complimentary mid-stay clean to keep everything fresh for you! If you’d also like a fresh linen change for a small fee, just let us know and we’ll get that scheduled at the same time.
