This property has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom 1, with a queen bed, is located on the ground floor, as is the family bathroom. Upstairs is a spacious 2nd bedroom with queen bed and king single.

The house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.

The open plan living/dining room, with double height raked ceiling is tastefully decorated with a seating area, dining table and smart TV. The room opens out through a large slider onto a stylish deck and beautiful, lush, grassed area and established garden.

The house faces north, with large doors and windows that capture the last rays of the sun as it drops behind Mt Roy. A Webber BBQ is available for guest use upon request.

The house offers off road parking, with ample room for a boat.

There is also a drying room where you can dry your skis/boards etc.
Across the road there is a community reserve, planted out to attract the native birds with a small playground for children to enjoy.

Peaceful location in old Wanaka. Close to the lake and sticky forest as well as many other scenic walks/tracks. The iconic Mt Iron is a short drive away (3-4 mins).

There is ample parking in and around Wanaka, and walking is a favourite mode of transport with the locals.

The property is professionally cleaned after each client and all linen is hired from a commercial laundry to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Linen is included in the cleaning fees.
Guests and should comply with the parking requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
