If you prefer to stay on the dryer side, you can watch all the action from the back deck, sipping on a cocktail while you catch up with loved ones. The firepit area is where you’ll want to end each day, toasting up tasty treats while regaling each other on the day’s adventures.



When you’re ready to venture out away from the home, Cincinnati city life is less than a half hour drive north where you can catch a sports game, visit a historical museum, book a tasting at a bourbon distillery, shop to your heart’s content, or plan evening meal at one of the eclectic local restaurants. If you prefer to stay a little more local, the city of Florence is the perfect in-between compromise, only 10 minutes from the home and offering its own desirable selection of shopping and dining.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is mounted on the front porch, actively monitoring the walkway entering the home and driveway. The second is mounted on the back porch, actively monitoring the back porch area and deck.
