Snowmobile right out the back door!

The living room features large windows, and comfortable seating, creating a warm and cozy ambiance. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances ensures that you can whip up your favorite meals. The three bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished and provide peaceful retreats after a day of fun on the lake, or enjoying the snow in the winter months. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

Step outside onto the spacious deck to breathe fresh air, or relax while gazing at the stunning lake views. Your private boat slip offers easy access to Leech Lake`s pristine waters, making it a breeze to enjoy fishing, water sports, or ice fishing.

Waters Edge is a small community on Leech Lake with a private boat slip and launch with access to the Paul Bunyan trail for walking biking and snowmobiles

Pets welcome DOG only (limit one under 35 lb).. Do you have a service dog? Please reach out before making sure our facility can accommodate you. The property has a Ring bell and outside security cameras in the entrance doors for security purposes. All outdoor security cameras have recording capabilities and exist near property entrances ONLY. All guests must sign a short-term lease and agree to the house rules. Please reach out at any time with any questions.
Guests are expected to follow your rules and can be removed from Airbnb if they cause issues.
Any person violating any house rules is grounds for removal from the property with the reservation canceled with no refund. All guests are required to review and sign a short-term lease Only the person that booked the reservation is allowed to check in. All guests must have a valid phone number.
Homeowners do not need permission to access the property at any time with 1/2 hour notice.
Additional no addtional guests not on the reservation will be allowed above the occupancy limit.
This is a NON-smoking property, including vaping inside or out. If a guest smokes at the property, there will be an additional $250.00 fee.
No illegal drug use, no under-age drinking
Pets are welcome with prior approval from the homeowner host DOG ONLY 1 under 50 lbs.
No pet shall be left unattended inside or outside of the home at any time. Service animal or other.
If the home is left extremely dirty at check out, there will be a cleaning fee of $250.00
If the guest does not vacate within 2 hours, they will be charged an additional day stay; however, it does not give them access for the additional day.
Guest violating any house rules or local laws will immediately be removed from the property with no refund.

The minimum age requirement MUST BE 25 years old or older to rent this home.
