House Rules
Signed rental agreement and upload a copy of your Driver License w/in 48 hours of booking - DL matches rental agreement signature
A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported
Follow all house rules including but not limited to pets, no smoking and no parties
Minimum age of 25 years to book
We have a strict no pet policy this including but not limited to service animals and emotional support animals, owners family is allergic to pets, if pets are found on the premises additional hefty fees will apply and be asked to leave immediately.
