All the comforts of home with an amazing, inescapable view down the length of Bream Bay. Looking at the photos it is easy to understand why this holiday home has earnt the title ‘Surfers Lookout’.

Tucked into the hillside with a Pohutukawa wrapping around one side you will experience Woodpigeons and Tuis flying past as you enjoy meals or a good book on the sun-drenched deck.

Start your day watching the sun rise from the fully equipped kitchen filled with comforts of home, including a coffee machine for the budding barista. If you need a break from the sun, there is plenty of room in the open plan living area which opens directly onto the deck via stacking glass sliders.

Also located on this level is the master bedroom (with ensuite), a second double bedroom, a room with two built-in single beds, the main bathroom and a separate toilet and laundry.

The self-contained studio flat on the lower level has a king bed (and a double sofa-bed if required). This very private space has its own separate entrance and includes a kitchenette, and bathroom with shower and additional laundry facilities.

Also on the lower level (accessed via internal stairs and through the double garage) is the bunkroom and 'teens hangout' with its own lounge/TV space - the open plan room offers two sets of king single bunks sleeping up to 4. There is also an 'emergency' toilet in the adjacent double garage (allocate that one to the teens so they don't have to disturb you upstairs!). To make the main house more affordable for smaller groups access to this bunkroom/tv room and garage area is available by request only and will incur an additional nightly charge.

Our simple and unpretentious beach house has everything you need to create amazing summer memories, it has plenty of room for everyone to feel at ease, and it is a short stroll down to the beach, shop, and takeaways - not forgetting 'The Cove' one of the best seaside cafe/restaurants Northland (or the world!) has to offer.

Don’t forget to check out Waipu township and McLeods Brewery and Pizza Restaurant, the surrounding beaches (Langs, Mangawhai, & Ruakaka), or head inland to explore the epic Waipu Caves while you are here.
