Great location, fantastic and relaxing lanai. Condo is very quiet and peaceful. Liked that we were in a location equidistant from Lāhainā and Wailea. Underground garage parking was also really nice.

Maui Magic

The property is centrally located, making for easy access to all things Maui has to offer. Beautiful views from the condo 24/7, ample glimpses of whales, sunrise and sunset skies. Great view and huge lanai.

The view is what you are paying for in this unit and the spacious lanai gives you all the room you need to sit out and take it all in. Always something going on in the harbour. The decor needs a bit of updating, but overall, comfortable and well situated mid way between Lahaina, Kahului and Kehei. Property management were responsive to enquires and one schedule change we needed to make.

Been to this condo 4 times first time in 410 beautiful !

We love this condo perfect for us lots of room would accommodate another couple .Beautiful view of ocean boat harbor with fishing and snorkel cruise boats and dinner cruises never a dull moment.The condo had everything we needed if you wish to cook in lovely kitchen and spacious bathroom and large shower good set up even if you were partly handicapped good hand rails. Two great TVs.

Amazing views and wonderful central location!

We spent 11 days in this picturesque location and loved every one of them. The location is central to everything in Maui. It’s the perfect spot for anyone who wants the views and also wants to get out and explore Maui. The condo, which was super clean, is about 20-40 minutes from every key destination on the island. The pool isn’t huge, but it’s well maintained and when we were here we had it to ourselves almost every time we used it. The king-size bed was comfortable and our kids said the mattress on the pull out sofa was comfortable as well. And again, the view from the lanai was straight out of a magazine. Finally, there is a covered parking spot which is nice, and despite the unit being on the fourth floor, there is an elevator, so moving luggage up and down was no issue. We’d absolutely consider booking this condo again.

Million Dollar View

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely condo. Whales and sea turtles were a thrilling sight to see from the lanai. This condos location is very convenient to access the many sights and activities in Maui.

Excellent Location and Condo

We were first drawn to the large Maalaea Bay view on the pictures. Then, seeing the condo on flight in, we were very excited. Eating breakfast outside is truly a blessing as the weather was always warm even at night. Even though we didn't eat in much, the kitchen and and bedrooms were clean and excellently furnished. There were cold bottles of water ready for us. The beds are of memory foam type, which may sleep warm for some. For longer stays, there are many shops a mere 15 min drive away to resupply such as Costco or Whole Foods. We wished we could have stayed longer and when we return we will.

Endless Views

Our stay here was fantastic. The condo was updated and very comfortable. The showstopper here is the lanai which has incredible views of the harbor and bay. We were able to see turtles and whales from the lanai daily. The beach is a bit of a walk - about 10-15 minutes so a little inconvenient if you just want a quick jump in the ocean. Minor suggestions would be providing a chaise lounge chair on the deck and a larger couch in the living room . It also seemed like the cleaning service was not very thorough as we found some trash when we pulled out the hide a bed and the sheets in the bedroom did not seem clean - perhaps they just need to be replaced. Other than these minor things, this condo was fantastic, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Property management communication was A+.

Great stay!

The place is exactly as pictured, new and updated finishes which we appreciated and the lanai is huge with a great view to boot! Communication was great, evening late on a Sunday night when we got in. The location is idyllic for those who want to explore the entire island as it is very central. We explored as far as Kapalua, Makena Beach, Road to Hana, Haleakala National Park, Waihee. Would definitely recommend! Made our Maui getaway unforgettable.

Great time

This was my first experience with either Airbnb / Vrbo... and I had a great time. The condo was excellent (the balcony, is clearly the best part). Also, I love the Location in Maalaea, because it is not that crowded, and close to everything. Should you decide to go visit Kaanapali, Lahaina, Kihei...etc, you are never too far away. Plus, it helps that it is 15 min from airport/target/walmart/costco. If you’re reading my review debating whether or not you should book this condo.... let this be your sign. DO IT!

The ocean is your front yard!

We loved staying at Milowai 410! It was tastefully decorated, fully stocked with kitchen ware, beach stuff, perfectly located, and felt like we were at the beach without even having to leave the lanai. We're already planning when we can return, hopefully during whale season next time : )

Awesome condo with awesome view!

This condo is even better than the photos! We loved spending the first week of September here. The unit meet all of our needs and the new finish’s were really good. The location is great and made it easy to get to everything we wanted to do on island. We would definitely stay here again. The covered parking was also very nice especially in September. This place is just great.
