La piscine en bord de mer est un endroit merveilleux pour passer la journée suivie d'une merveilleuse soirée et d'un dßner aux barbecues à gaz en plein air. L'unité a une vue magnifique sur l'océan pour se détendre pendant ces heures du soir.

Le village de Maalaea est une petite communautĂ© en bord de mer oĂč vous pouvez facilement vous rendre Ă  pied Ă  tous les niveaux de restaurants, de boutiques, d'activitĂ©s en bord de mer et d'une belle plage en croissant de sable dorĂ©.

Fantastic view

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. The view from the lanai was exceptional. The location is central to everything and is very quiet and safe. Ron was quick to respond to any questions and was a great host. Check in was easy. Unit was equipped with everything you need including items for the beach.

We loved the creature comforts available at this condo! Smart TV and a full kitchen was excellent. Super clean and easy check in/out process. Host was quick to respond to any issues if we had any. Parking was a bit tight under the garage but easy to get in and out. Loved the central location making it easy to get to both sides of the island. Added bonus was the aquarium right next door! Would book this condo again! Pool was easily accessible and heated, making evening swims a pleasure.

Sunrise beauty

This unit was perfectly situated next to the boat harbor with amazing views of the east mountains. We enjoyed the sunrises from our balcony. Loved hearing the waves roll in all day. The pool was nice and warm. The grounds were spotless and had beautiful flora and fauna. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Great Place and super responsive host

Unfortunately, I had to visit the island for work reasons due to the recent wildfires. Wish I was there for personal reasons. Anyway, when I make it back to the island, I will definitely attempt to rebook this property.

Great view!

Property was as listed. It was clean and well stocked. Manager responded to questions quickly. Definitely a good value. It could use a little TLC, front screen door needs adjustment, bedroom window needs repair, ice maker didn't seem to work. The grounds were well maintained.

Convenient, Less Crowded Location

The location is convenient and away from high traffic tourist areas. Located centrally to get to Kihei, Lahaina, Wailuku, and airport. Condo was clean and well supplied. Owners offered efficient and timely communication as far as access, etc. In the afternoon, walk out to the seawall and there are lots of sea turtles swimming around. Highly recommend. This is not a new place, but it was clean and met our needs.

The property is quiet, affordable, has a great view of Maalea Bay, and can remain cool on a warm humid day both with air conditioning and open windows. The property is a bit dated but overall it was well worth the money.

Great Oceanfront Vacation Spot in the Middle of Everything

This was our favorite condo that we stayed in during our visit to Hawaii! It is located in the center of everything and has all of the amenities you could want, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The host is very responsive and even gave us a little gift upon arrival. We would stay there again in a minute.

Beautiful property

Lovely stay, great quiet location. Awesome communication with the owner. Is it the fanciest, no but it as described and fit our budget. It was an awesome view. The washer and dryer in the unit helped us cut down on packing. Close to the airport. Really enjoyed the balcony.

Lovely Condo with beautiful views

The condo itself was really nice. Comfortable and had every convenience we could want. Having our own parking space was wonderful--didn't need to worry about anyone taking our spot! The only down side would be the area. It was in a great location if you wanted to go up to Lahania or further or down thru Wailea or even back up towards the airport. BUT there really isn't much there. Tante's Fish Market is about the only restaurant there. While it is very good if you are there for several days it could get tiring. There are several cafe's but they all close at 5pm!!!

Pros - great location to stay on island, good size apartment with free parking Cons- bathroom desperately needs a remodel- wall is peeling, things are cracked. The shower door was filled with grime. Not pleasant for the price you pay per night. Also this place has an ant problem. So no food can be kept on counter that is not sealed
