This beautiful luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo comes with amazing golf & pool benefits and is located in the Waikoloa Beach Villas at the Waikoloa Beach Resort.

The space: Our beautiful newly remodeled luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo comes with amazing golf & pool benefits and is located in the Waikoloa Beach Villas at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Our condo features a spacious state-of-the-art kitchen, all new appliances with seating for four in the dining area. Our kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking item you need for delicious meals at home. The living room has a large high-definition LED smart TV. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two, twin beds (they can be put together to make a king bed) Both rooms have LED smart TV's. Wireless internet is available throughout the condo free of charge. There is a large lanai with a patio table and chairs as well as a built-in BBQ grill and wet bar to make enjoyment of the great Hawaiian outdoors just that much easier. A garage is available for convenient storage of your rental car. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are provided and required.

The Waikoloa Beach Resort is located on 1,350 pristine ocean-front acres. Here you will find the perfect blend of Hawaiian culture and world class resort amenities. Our beautifully decorated condo is only 10 steps from the historic King’s Trail. Here you can hike to ancient Hawaiian petroglyphs and enjoy the gorgeous Kohala Coast.

The Waikoloa Beach Resort is truly a golfer’s paradise with two outstanding golf courses! The Beach Course is a Robert Trent Jones Jr design that is literally carved out of lava. The Kings Course is a Tom Weiskopf/Jay Morrish design with a links feel.

KINGS' CLUB GOLF MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES........We are members of the Kings' Club and we invite you and your guests to utilize our golf membership during your stay! This unit comes with heavily discounted rates for golf for up to 4 guests at the Kings' Course and the Beach Course. There are no restrictions to specific days or times and play is unlimited! If the tee time you want is available it's yours!

SAVE MONEY ON CLUB RENTALS! We have two sets of brand new Taylor Made right hand golf clubs in the garage for our condo. We use the old fashioned honor system with our golf clubs. If you lose or damage a club please replace it with a comparable club. If you'd prefer to rent clubs the member rate is $25 per set.

A Real Winner!

Absolutely wonderful condo. Clean, quiet location. Nice pools in the complex, beautiful landscaping all around. Also, some supplies for our stay were in the condo. It is a short walk to a beach called “A” Bay, and just a 2 min drive to the highway which takes you to the coast and lots of other beaches and sites. Beach things like snorkel sets, floaties, ice chests, several beach chairs with umbrella, and a wagon for taking it all to the beach were in the garage. All of the beach items were clean. Two small local shopping centers are a 2 minute walk away and down the highway is a Costco, Safeway, Target, etc. An incredibly beautiful golf course is right out your back door..and..they have golf clubs you can use and discount rates with the owners golf membership! What a deal! Overall this is one of the best condos we have rented in our 35+ times to the Islands. As the title says It’s a winner!!

Perfect Spot If Staying on Kona Side

The condo is excellent as was the service. Our property manager, Allyson, responded instantly to any questions we had and was extremely helpful. The condo is located in the sprawling Waikoloa Resort. There are two malls, both adjacent to the condo, multiple large hotels, golf courses, shops and restaurants. The condo is well appointed, clean and in great condition. The location was helpful as it's not as far from Kona has some of the other resort areas and also very close to the highway to Hilo. We drove to the Hilo side twice during our stay. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen well-stocked and the lanai quite peaceful. If you are visiting the big island and staying on the Kona side, this condo is a great choice.

5 week stay

My wife and I stayed at the condo for 5 weeks. Well equipped condo. Great location to King and Queen shops, also A-Bay. Nice to have a garage for parking and grill on the patio. Pools were beautiful and kept clean, but no shade. Great contact and help from property manager. Being a ground floor, you always heard people walking above. Suggestions for improvement: Couches were soft and saggy. Need deep pocket sheets that don't slip off. Outdoor wrought Iron furniture with low back and thin pads were uncomfortable, we used beach chairs. Pools could use umbrellas for shade.

Great spot, convenient and spacious

This was the perfect size for our family of 3, and is conveniently located within an east drive to Kona as well as the north end of the island and the saddle road where we enjoyed some great hiking. We did not avail ourselves of the golf amenities as we were focused on snorkeling, hiking and soaking up every bit of sun and beach we could. The property manager was very responsive and came right away when the door lock battery started to die. Otherwise this is the perfect experience! Well stocked kitchen, a plentiful gift basket and comfortable beds to pass out in once you’re too exhausted to go on. One other note: I really appreciate VRBO that use dark wash cloths for makeup removal! A smart and practical touch. Mahalo!

Great Condo

We travel to the Big Island pretty much every year and this condo is right at the top of our list of best places we have stayed. The condo was clean and stocked with pretty much all of the general spices and condiments to get us going without us needing to make that extra run to the store for a "pinch" of something. The welcome basket was an added bonus that we really appreciated. The property manager was really quick in responding when any questions came up. We will definitely be looking for this place if it is available on our next trip.

This was the perfect place for our vacation. The condo had everything we needed, was beautiful and had the most well equipped kitchen I have ever experienced. We loved having meals on the covered patio. Allison and her husband Ernest were very responsive to any questions we had. The welcome basket was a very nice touch and made us feel very welcome!!

I would book this again and again!

This property is a very spacious, clean, and well appointed townhouse. Having a garage for the rental car was super nice. Property comes with beach chairs (nice ones) boogie boards (ok) coolers, umbrellas, everything you need for the beach so you save money on renting those things. The Kings club membership is awesome for golfers - course is nice and the rates are incredible. If you are a serious golfer, bring your own clubs, but there are two sets in the garage to use, but very dated. Location is fantastic - super convenient to be next to King and Queens marketplaces. Waikoloa is stunning!
