As you enter into the villa off of your private elevator you will be struck by the spaciousness of the large great room. The living area has a nice wrap around sofa and a chair for lounging that faces a big screen television with Sonos. The adjacent kitchen is well stocked, features granite counters, a large island, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area is just off the kitchen and seats 6.

Open the large pocket doors that Kolea is known for to go out onto the lanai. Out here you will find a wraparound sofa for lounging and a dining area. The lanai also features a wet bar with a refrigerator and a Viking grill. Enjoy a view of the ocean and the tropical landscaping!

On one side of the villa are the two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables facing a big screen wall mounted television with Sonos. There is also a nice sitting area for reading a book. Two large windows in the bedroom showcase the view. The attached bathroom has dual vanities, a large walk in shower, and a deep soaking tub. Across the hall is the second master bedroom that has a king size bed with bedside tables facing a big screen wall mounted television with Sonos. The attached bathroom has dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a walk in shower.

On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom. Here you will find two twin beds that can easily be converted to a king size bed. Across from the bed is a flat screen television. The attached bathroom has a vanity with a shower.
