Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Maximum of one car allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite. Saltwater. Heated.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub

Vista Waikoloa A204 is located in Building A at the Vista Waikoloa. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. It is on the second floor. There is elevator access to the second floor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Vista Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Vista Waikoloa.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Vista is a great place to stay and Resortica is a great host. The problem with this unit is the noise. Whenever it is windy, which is often, the vent in the bathroom rattles, along with some other rattling that we couldn't quite locate, making sleep often difficult. And they were remodeling the unit directly above and that made for frequent daytime noise that began at around 8:30 a.m. most mornings. Otherwise, this unit, while old by Vista standards, is a great value in a fantastic location.

Great location! Comfy beds. Property management communicated well. Loved the lanai. We wish the elevator was operational during our stay, but the kids walked up the stairs just fine. If mobility is an issue, just ask about that status prior to booking. Beach toys were handy! Thank you!

The condo is in a great location. It was very clean. Chicken was super simple. The floorplan is excellent with tons of room and a great lanai. I couldn’t give it a five star rating because the kitchen is in desperate need of a makeover and the living room furniture is abysmal. The couch is super cheap and very uncomfortable. The two chairs look great in pictures, but are actually outdoor furniture. Not comfortable at all.

Everything was as advertised. Appreciated the coffee, filters, detergent etc. nice to not have to buy that for a short period. Very comfortable bed. Spacious partially updated unit, huge outside area and very quiet for the week we stayed. We used the BBQs and pool area most days. Love to return. Felt extremely safe. We enjoyed the 5 minute walk to the beach for the sunset or the 15 minute walk to Lava Lava or the shops. If you are looking for a high end area, very quiet and close to the beach and restaurants highly recommend Vista Waikoloa and this unit.

Property is disappointing. Kitchen has very outdated appliances and dirty dishes in the cabinets. Bathroom toilet paper holder, towel bar falling off the wall. Dirty around the shower floor. Nothing says WOW about this property. Minimum effort to create a welcoming atmosphere.

A lovely condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the condo, sleeping arrangements, and modern furnishings were appreciated. The kitchen and bathrooms were in need of updating. Ice machine and water dispenser did not work on the refrigerator.

Great place!

One of the best VRBO properties I’ve rented!! The upgrades in 2022 are super nice - great taste in furnishings! My only recommendations (and they are nits) are: lighting in the bathrooms needs improvement and the microwave is ancient. But we will definitely return. Great family location

The whole process was easy and everything was as advertised. TONS of cooking supplies like pots, pans, Tupperware, even a garlic press! Having 2 lanais was great for morning coffee. I’d stay here again
