Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Any additional car is on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.

Shores at Waikoloa 331 is located in the Bo Tower Building at the Shores at Waikoloa. It is on the third floor. There is elevator access to the third floor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Shores at Waikoloa.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The amenities were in good condition, and we had an email upon arrival in the unit from Resortica managers. They said to come to their office an pick up the welcome gift, which we strongly believe that it should have been in the apartment when we arrived and needed most.

Loved the birds from the balcony while enjoying breakfast and coffee in the morning. Also enjoy the community for easy walking access to shops, beaches, and great shaved ice as well.

Perfect for Us and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here and found everything to be as represented in the listing. Nice location within the condominium complex, with ocean view in the distance from the balcony, and to the east a lovely landward view. Easy walking distance to Anaehoomalu Bay for swimming! Very comfortable bed and all was clean and well appointed.

Mahalo for a lovely stay

Beautifully renovated condo. Very easy check in and communication with management. Big comfortable king bed. Appreciated minimal stuff to do for checkout (have had to strip beds, etc at other properties). Property very nice. Heated pool (was always 84 degrees) and nice hot tub. Only small negative is that sofa bed not very comfortable. Probably ok for kids or a teen (like ours). Don’t think an adult back would appreciate it. Would definitely recommend / stay again.

This one bedroom condo was wonderful. Clean, airy, comfortable, convenient and the pictures are as advertised! Very quiet community. Great kitchen, washer/dryer! Coffee maker is sublime!

Great condo and location

Overall, lovely condo, nicely updated and comfortable. Well equipped save a few minor items like cheese grater and vegetable peeler in kitchen for when you wish to prepare your own meals. Also, could be practical to add a couple of reading lamps in living room. Otherwise, a great spot in Waikoloa Beach Resort! Would not hesitate to recommend to other travellers going to this location on the Big Island!

Great Stay

This property is well maintained and very conveniently located to all the Waikoloa resort area has to offer. Nice peek a boo view of the ocean. Light, bright and airy. The washer/dryer in the unit were great to have, although a little small. All in all a great trip and would stay here again!

Perfect unit for a couple. Very clean and updated. Lovely lanai where at the back you can see Mauna Kea and on a clear day the telescopes at the top of the mountain.

Nice property with large covered patio.

It was an excellent place to stay. Other properties do come with resort access, which is not a deal breaker. The property is clean, safe, and comfortable. I did not like the bed, but that’s personal preference. It is just as nice as the pictures and you can walk to the Hilton resort.

Very peaceful

First time staying here! I usually stay in a hotel just down the street. I travel to Kona for work a few times a year. I loved these condos. I purchased food and cooked all week. Only ate out for special work events and enjoyed my peace and quiet the rest of my days. Loved having a full kitchen, washer and dryer and being able to do laundry was great! Will stay here again for sure!

Nicely updated, convenient, quiet.

Very quiet top floor condo. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach. A/C and washer/dryer were a plus. Comfortable bed and furniture and kitchen equipped with everything you need. The property landscaping is immaculate.

Perfect Location

This condo is nicely redone in a smaller complex of the Hilton Waikoloa area. So convenient to use the provided chairs, umbrella, cooler, and boards for the beautiful beaches nearby. The swimming pool and koi ponds are very relaxing and everything is just a walk away. Dolphins, Catamaran trips, shops, and beach. We plan to return! Great way to celebrate our 35th anniversary!

Great location & newly remodeled!

Condo was in the perfect location at Waikoloa between Hilton and shops / restaurants. Excellent walkability and easy access to beach. Nice grounds, quiet and private. Condo was very well appointed and we did not need to our ase any additional supplies for a one week stay.

Modern and bright

The condo is nicely remodeled. I spent many mornings and afternoons working on the lanai. The bathroom and bedroom is spacious. The mattress is comfortable as well (I like a firm mattress). The condo provides beach chairs and towels to make your beach outings perfect. I was concerned about the thermostat being locked at 74 but it wasn't a problem during the day. Overall it was a nice stay. My number one issue was the bedsheets. If you're going to lock the thermostat at 74 you cannot have polyester sheets. They are not breathable and will bake you in bed.
