Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved stall. Maximum of 1 car allowed with this vacation rental. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai.

Waikoloa Beach Villas G22 is located on the second floor of the G Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the second floor. Offering views of the golf course and tropical resort landscape. Stunning island inspired décor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

I can't recommend this place more, or the management! The place is clean, beautiful, and stocked with everything you can imagine including beach chairs, a rolling cart for the beach, beach umbrellas, ice chests, boogie boards & the list goes on. The Lanai was out favorite spot with a BBQ & views of the Golf course. It's a short walk to all the shops, grocery stores & restaurants in Queens & Kings Landing. Only a 15 min walk to the beach & Lava Lava beach club. Our favorite place on the Big Island so far. The management team is top notch. Book here, you won't be disappointed!

Central Location, Some QoL Misses

Overall this was a very nice place. I like staying in Waikoloa for being central to all the places I enjoy. As a frequent traveler to the Island, it is definitely one of the most resort-y places I've stayed. There wasn't a parking pass in the unit when we arrived so we got a flier on our car from the HOA and had to find the office to explain the situation and get a pass. The BBQ gas line/ignition does not work properly (yes, I was following their instructions) so starting the BBQ always had a dangerous fireball once I actually got it to light. Some quality of life things could definitely have been improved like pans that weren't completely scratched and warped, having water bottles or some kind of to-go drink bottles to take to the beach, etc

Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Waikoloa.

Had a very relaxing week at this property. I’ve stayed in many condos in the Waikoloa area over the years and I really loved the specific location of this particular home. It’s quiet and well situated in terms of seeing the sunset from the lanai. It’s fun to watch the golfers from there too. The walkability of this area is excellent. The little grocery at the Queen’s Shops is a 5 minute walk. Beach access is close by. We saw whales and turtles from the shore every day we were there. Highly recommend.

Great location and stay!

My mom and I enjoyed our stay at this unit. It is our second time to Waikoloa Beach and this condo was better located in the area than when we stayed at The Shores. This unit is also well situated in the complex close to the pool. Condo was Walkable to everything! Unit was clean and very well stocked (great beach set up, lots of towels, good variety of kitchen appliances). Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken and not able to be fixed during our stay and The guest bathroom sink did not drain.either. But otherwise It was good stay!

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here in this condo. We are so happy that we chose this unit as it had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and perfect!! Unit was clean and quiet so that we were able to actually relax with no worries of noise. Unit was walking distance to the shops and restaurants across the street and located near the pool. Kitchen was large and had all appliances and kitchenware, lots of towles for use and our own BBQ grill on the lanai. The views off the lanai and grounds of condo were well kept and nicely landscaped. Instructions and communication was great. We would love to stay here again. Mahalo!! py unit provide us everneeded

Really nice property, comfortable, clean and well maintained. Easy walk to the Queens Market and the beach as well. BBQ didnt ignite and the getting the TV to work was a bit challenging, but minor inconveniences. Would definitely stay again!

This property was all of what we imagined upon check in. The site information was right on target, the spaces were well appointed, clean, and offered a perfect work place while enjoying Hawaii. Quiet and clean, pleasant and welcoming, the villa we had was on the second floor, just perfect! Elevator was appreciated and instructions were specific enough to get answers to anything we wondered about (ie access codes and trash removal). We loved this property!!

A beautiful, quiet, relaxing stay

The Beach Villas are in an excellent location, close to shopping, the beach and has many lovely amenities such as the pool and exercise facilities. The unit itself was tastefully decorated and comfortable and there is a garage as a bonus. The view is very nice as well and we loved the lanai BBQ. The only downside was the broken elevator which we hope will be fixed soon.

Great and spacious condo near beaches

The condo was larger than I expected and everything is in top condition. Nice view off the balcony and nice to sit and enjoy the breeze. Shops are nearby and closer to Hapuna Beach and points north than staying in Kona. Super nice pool, and spa, and single car garage for your ride. Beach chairs, boogie boards were perfect. Quiet except for normal neighbor noise up and down.

The unit was nice with a well stocked kitchen. Nice view from patio. Unfortunately the elevator was out of order the entire 10 days and we were on the second floor. Lugging our bags up and down with everyone over 70 years old was not ideal.

A wonderful location to share with family as our stay vacation

Master bedroom and launai were the best for sunrise and sunset Pool and hot tub beautiful and the landscape around it too! Overall would rent it again and the other property I rented In W Beach Villas back in March! Both furnished very nice with Hawaiian flair.
