Loved the amenities at this unit. Everything was tastefully laid out and labelled. This is our 6th time visiting the complex and this is hands down the nicest unit we have stayed in. Friends have also found nice units. Super comfortable beds. Very nice furniture. Enjoy using the gym and love the pool. Kitchen was well stocked with the equipment we needed. Thank you so much. Can’t wait to come back again.

Waikoloa Beach Resort is the place to stay!

Small mishap in arrival but quickly attended to & compensated for. This condo was the perfect location - walking distance to everything you need. Comfortable allowing teens to walk around by themselves as well. The condo was well stocked with the essentials for the trip plus creature comforts. Highly recommend!! We will be back!

Nice condo in a great location

We had an awesome time in Hawaii . The condo was great we enjoyed staying there. Close to queen shops and the beach. Easy checking in and the condo had everything we needed. The only think we didn’t like was the jacuzzi policy that you had to be 12 yr to use it. Not sure why that policy is in place but my 10 yr old was bummed out that he couldn’t use it. So we only used the pool 1 time for that reason.. Otherwise we had a great time. Thank you for sharing your condo with us .

Best of the best!!!

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such an incredible vacation spot! Not only was the home thought out for every detail of the stay - but the interior and outside views were so beautiful! Location is fabulous! Pool stunning! Our stay was perfect and the staff was so kind in calling and checking in on us! Overall I can’t believe how wonderful our time was!!! You have to stay here!

Great Location!

The location was great, walkable to so many shops and best of all close to the pool! Generally well stocked unit. Needed to buy some essentials like sugar that I usually find already stocked. Lots of beach toys and chairs! Property management was wonderful to work with and very communicative!

Great location!

Stayed in the Fairway Villas in Waikoloa, location is walking distance to pool, shopping, golfing, restaurants, beach and beautiful resorts to explore. There are many beaches and sites to see within 10-20 min drive. The accomodations were just as described, beds were super comfortable! Our group was 15 and we rented 3 places in Fariway Villas and it was perfect for our group as we could walk between the places in a couple minutes, meet at the pool and if anyone wanted to go shopping or for ice cream they could walk there in a couple minutes, driving was not needed, worked perfectly for our group. Will definitely be back!

No surprises

Property was clean and everything as expected. Some consumables were included--everything was almost enough. We ended up buying a big container of laundry detergent for the last day And toilet paper for the the last 2 days. Ran out of trash bags and dish washer soap. Seems a bit on the stingy side when we spend over $3k for a week and they don't don't put $5 more worth of supplies. Location is close to everything you need albeit at inflated prices compared to Kona. Gas for example was 5.19 most places on the island but 5.60 next to the condo. Food was similar. We went to Kona enough to avoid most of these prices. Lots of beach variety withing 20 to 30 minutes. Biggest problem was the thermostat being limited to 73 degrees at the coolest. Most of the time, it wasn't a problem, but there were 2 times that heat was way too much in the condo. Not sure if that was due to programming of the thermostat or not. l wasnt too cold in October. Some pools are miserable on the island, this one was perfect. The hot tub says $250 fine if you let kids under 12 in the hot tub. Pretty evil to not let kids warm up. They should probably read up on hypothermia in places like Miami. Kids often stay in a pool so long they get hospitalized from their body temps dropping. My research found way more instances of this problem than kids in hot tubs. Perhaps they should have a sign saying no elderly people in the hot tub because data shows elderly seemed to be at greater risk than kids.

Condo just as described. Excellent location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, resorts and beach. Condo was clean, had excellent amenities, and loved the loft...gave the kids their own space. Definitely. Highly recommend!

This property is perfectly located within walking distance of Kings Shops, Queens Marketplace, and A Bay beach. We walked everywhere. The closet was stocked with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and toys which we greatly appreciated! The unit is updated and well stocked with attention to detail. We had everything we needed and more. Our teens loved the pool best. Heated, perfect size, and a nice view of the lake. They also loved the privacy and decor of the loft area. We feel we got extremely lucky to have found this property and highly recommend it!

Family vacation

We had a great trip.The property overlooked the golf course from our lanai. On the other side right across the street was the pool and jacuzzi. Walking distance to many great restaurants and stores. The only thing missing was a TV in master bedroom. At night I wind down in my bed while watching a little tv. Other than that condo had everything we needed. Spiral staircase up to loft area can be a little tricky for young ones.

Excellent - Just pack your swimsuit!

F31 had everything! Clean, well stocked, great location, stylish, quiet and beautiful! We’ve been to Hawaii many times and by far one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. The management company was also excellent at communicating. We will definitely return to this slice of heaven!

My family stayed in the Waikoloa Fairway Villas on the big island of Hawaii. Our accommodations were great, just like a home away from home. We ate the majority of our meals at our condo and used the washer and dryer for laundry. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and many other items in the condo for us to use at the pool or beach. The location was perfect- walking distance from the Queen’s marketplace and King’s Shops. The condo was very comfortable, family friendly, and the pool was part of our daily routine. My only complaints: 1) more than 5 garbage bags should be included for the price of the rental. My family stayed for 10 days, and ran out of kitchen garbage bags within 5 days. I asked for more garbage bags and was given more. However, I was told that I would need to purchase any additional garbage bags if needed. 2) No one under the age of 12 is allowed in the hot tub. In addition to this rule, there is a sign sat the hot tub stating there will be a $250 fine if this happens, and there are video cameras pointed at the hot tub. Seems like a little much. Overall, excellent place and would recommend. Nice barbecue area, nice little gym, beautiful property and excellent location.

Beautiful condo

The perfect condo! We’ve been coming to the Big Island for 10+ years and had a wonderful stay. Our two young kids enjoyed having the loft to themselves. The master bedroom was huge with a newly updated bathroom. The second bedroom worked out perfectly for my in-laws, it was also very spacious. The condo has beautiful furniture and the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and baking. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

Wonderful Accommodations!

Everything we needed was provided! Plus we found extras, beach chairs, umbrellas, even beach toys. The view of the golf course was beautiful! The infinity pool so relaxing. We would definitely stay here in the future!

Great spacious vacation home

Much larger than I anticipated and in a great location close to the shops at the Queen's Marketplace and within walking distance to A Bay where there was good snorkeling, swimming and other fun activities. Be sure to check out the Lava Lava beach club out on A Bay.
