This Waihi Beach holiday home has an open plan living space that flows out to the deck with a peek of the sea! Enjoy BBQ's with your group and relaxing in the sun.

Bedroom 1 with a queen bed at this Waihi Beach accommodation is situated at the basement with no internal access to the main living area. The external stairs are at the rear of the property. Bedroom 2 is located on the middle level (the main living area) and is fitted with a queen bed and cot. The third bedroom, also situated on the middle level is fitted with a double bunk. Bedroom 4 is situated at the top level, off the mezzanine, and is fitted with a queen bed. The mezzanine is fitted with two single bed plus a fold-out sofa.

A bathroom is located on the middle level plus the mezzanine level for an easy holiday set up.

Everything you require for a fuss free stay is on hand. Enjoy days in the sun, sand, and surf just moments from your door!

Please note that there is no internal access from Bedroom 1 at the basement level to the main living area/the middle level. The external stairs are at the rear of the property. Guests are encouraged to use the handrail when using the stairs as they are quite steep. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
